Animal rescue friends book 1 Whoo A new Animal Rescue Friends volume I was so excited to see this one up on Edelweiss I really enjoyed books 1 and 3 Sadly I never managed to read book 2 so I should remedy that when I can So I was eager to read this one In this one we get several short stories that connect to each other I really love how we get to see various characters per story but that the story still connects and at times you get a clue on what the next chapter story is going to be about For instance in the first story the group decides to make a podcast because they are just getting too many questions to answer and we see how the group tries to figure out what to do for the podcast who is going to host it how they are going to make it and other things It was really fun to see and I love that the kids were so eager to do anything to make the podcast a success I love the ideas they added Like for instance the noises animals make I am not a big podcast fan but I would definitely have at least tried one episode to learn some things about animals And we see the podcast come back in the other stories. Animal rescue friends book 2 Next to that we have a story about a hog pig who is just not having any help And Bell one of the girls in the friend group who is trying her best to help out I did love that she was trying but I didn t like how she acted and how she just didn t seem to care about anything else Girl you got responsibilities NEXT to that hog You got to balance things I could understand that her friends and then especially Maddie were disappointed and angry at bits with her I would also be if my best friend just acted so flippant about things especially a big moment Plus not just that but I didn t like how Bell thought she was better than the adults and thought she could just fix it in a bit Like girl seriously Oh and I got angry at how she reacted when her stick idea was rejected I didn t like at all how the Lolo stuff was resolved it felt off given everything. Animal rescue friends spi And then there is a story about restless snake Yes restless He will just escape Haha I don t want to think about that happening NOPE I love seeing several of the friends try to think of fun solutions so the snake is much happier and I love the end result of it all I hope that ARF is able to grow much further as the stories continue They had quite a few fun things in this book an event. Animal rescue friends book 2 All in all despite Bell being Bell I had oodles of fun with this one I just love stories about pets animals and see kids adults try to make their lives better I cannot wait for the next volume Review first posted at English
