Realistic and wholesome it s hard to believe this was a debut thank you to love notes pr for the arc Romance This book is such a special feel good story and I liked it a lot There were some parts where Lyra kind of irritated me with how she would put words in tarans mouth or kind of state what she thought he was feeling so matter of fact Taran and lyras story had so much growth and you can really feel their connection throughout the book I m happy Lyra got to grow and see her way past all the trauma and challenges she had been through in the past and I m glad taran was so compassionate and helping with her and patient with her as she learned how to navigate these feelings Romance I really wanted to like this.

In The Parcel we read the story of Lyra and Taran Lyra s life has only recently been turned upside down when her husband came home telling her he wanted to get a divorce Now Lyra is trying to get her life back in order She just moved into her new home and the divorce papers are almost done The last thing Lyra was looking for is a new guy in her life But when UPS driver Taran walks into her life it is almost impossible to ignore Taran makes her smile when everything seems dark But he is younger than her and how can he ever want an older divorcee who also happens to have a rare genetic disorder The Parcel was one of those books that grabbed my attention because it didn t sound like your average romance novel I love it when main characters aren t as perfect as they sometimes seem to be in books And although Lyra s character is very fun tough and hardworking. The parcel has been picked up Taran s character was also very fun He was younger but hardworking and he has been taking care of his mom for years now He was definitely one of those guys that just seem to good to be true but apparently aren t I loved how Taran and Lyra meet and I loved how smitten Taran was with Lyra right from the start. PDF The parcelforce Unfortunately I didn t feel the chemistry between Taran and Lyra as much as I hoped Somehow I just didn t really get excited about reading their story And at times I found myself losing interest in the story a bit I m not sure why actually. Book the paris daughter Overall The Parcel was a fun read with some interesting main and side characters I loved how the author wrote a character who had to life with a disorder But in the end this book wasn t for me Romance Everytime I think I can t love her I m wrong This book was like a breath of fresh air Reading it made me realize one thing this was a passion project Leigh Suznovich wrote something so special and empowering. Book the paris agent I was emotionally all over the place while reading this book I ached laughed and loved with the characters I love the way Taran pursued Lyra The playful and flirty banter the slow burn and the spice was everything Family played a huge role in the story which I adore so much It helps show different layers of the characters It was well written and relatable. The parcel is out for delivery deutsch s it has the best cutie wingman sidekick one could ask for Romance You feel like home Lyra I cannot and will not shut up about this book This is such a great debut by such a lovely human and you absolutely need to read it I ve learned so much about Turner Syndrome and I absolutely loved the way the author weaved the information in with the romance Taran is an absolute sweetheart He s respectful funny and loving Lyra is a bit of a grump but she will slither into your heart and you will feel for her and her journey Taran and Lyra are soulmates that found each other at the perfect time I loved their individual character development just as much as their slow development as a couple. Book the paris agent If Taran loves Lyra as much as he loves pupusas they will have a long happy life What I loved Turner Syndrome representation Caretaking Found family Respectful MMC COMMUNICATION He falls first Strangers to friends to lovers Food as a love language No third act break up Romantic dancing in the kitchen I ll be any type of delivery man Romance Lyra is in the process of moving on from her failed marriage when golden retriever Taran walks into her life opening up new possibilities This was a cute romance that had some great feels to it Lyra and Taran were a great together Her standoffish black cat was won over by his happy charm Honestly I was also won over by it Taran was just adorable and really supportive throughout the entire book Lyra s journey through her illness was also really well done It was one that I didn t know much about but the book does a great job of raising awareness for it. Book the paris assignment All in all this was a feel good romance with some well placed spicy scenes Romance I received this arc from lovenotesThe cover of this book is super cute exciting It made me so happy and eager to start it In the book we meet Lyra a soon to be divorc e and Taran 8 years younger mailman They were cute together At first she s super hesitant to enter a relationship with him but she eventually caves Throughout I enjoyed the sweet golden retriever energy Taran was giving I also super appreciated the mention of Turner syndrome and what exactly it is and the struggles those diagnosed with it face I didn t previously know anything about this syndrome so I was very interested to learn about it The advocacy was on point Although a cute and tame story which I did like I was kind of hoping there d be of an oomph to it Readers get a look into the anxieties of Lyra s mind but it s not an in depth transformation of self Of course I didn t expect her to heal her anxiety or self doubts overnight or anything but I would have liked a deeper dive into not why she s feeling the way she is but her journey I feel like everything we got in this book was pretty rushed I understand it was meant to be a quick read but some of these topics have lots behind them and definitely seemed like they needed to be explored further and to have time spent on them For instance their feelings towards each other were explained very surface leveled and also there were so many family members friends I would have liked for there to have also been time spent with the side characters too Everything was good in this book but there were lots of times I sat here wishing I was getting out of each topic or situation Despite this overall I did enjoy this book It was a very cute first installment to the series I do look forward to Carlo s book next year Romance The Parcel is coming April 30 and I could not be excited It s a little biased of me but I ll go ahead and rate it 5 stars Romance the parcel arc review 4. Book the paris daughter 5 2 I LOVED how different this was I loved that it was based on the author s personal experiences As a special needs girlie I always adore when I see a book representing that Lyra and Taran s story was so heartwarming I ve seen nothing but good reviews so far even shocking for a debut novel But this one was not for meThe pros Super light read I loved the representation for Turner Syndrome I have never heard of it before and this book taught me a lot COMMUNICATION We only have green flags in this relationship The cons Reverse age gap omg this trope is NOT for me I kept picturing Aaron and Sam Taylor Johnson and I got a huge ick this one s on me though The line between romance and cringy was fiiiiiiiiiiiiiine really fine and blurred at times Taran this is a first I am so easy to fall in love with the MMC but this one was hard. Kindle parental control password 4 5 reverse grumpy sunshine reverse age gap found family wow to say i loved this book would be an understatement from the beginning to end the journey that lyra has to take to get to know herself and work on herself is absolutely insane lyra has recently gotten out of marriage someone who didn t quite understand her and her sacrifices when it came to her condition and her life this girl has been through some ups and downs and all that she should have expected was a husband who would love her and support her right wrong her ex husband cheated on her because apparently according to him she was getting colder and distant and he found that opportunity to justify his mistakes when in reality there were some underlying issues that could have easily been talked about and solved in a much caring way than cheating on her with that being said lyra is now looking for something new in her life and changing her path enter taran the charming delivery guy GOSH this man is absolutely everything and he exceeds every single standard that should have ever been thought of by a woman but don t get it twisted his past also haunts him in between taking care of his mother and giving up on his dream he hasn t had an easy journey with love either both of these people are able to find pieces of themselves in each other and therefore find the comfort they had been craving all along the journey of healing love and accepting is beyond at play here and it highlights the fact that even when life feels like there will be no light at the end just keep pushing and keep trying to find the little things that make you happy in order to give you strength and you ll find that the best is still unwritten Romance
