Execration of autumnp pve The love between Jim and Cora was amazing I love the fact that Jim is so patient with her throughout the whole book Also Cora was upset that Jim didn t tell her the whole truth of who he really was but she took it in stride and accepted his life in the Autumn Court Autumn was shocked to find out she had to play a part in a prophesy to break a curse Then she was talking to their deity Nightshade Nightshade helped her navigate through the prophesy while helping her to become the curse breaker I really liked the brother in law Aedan He was sneaky silly loveable Hawkins character shocked me She was a nice surprise As soon as Aeden and Hawkins were flirting with each other I figured there was I also liked Warboy Mikhail The relationship between Cora and him was really heartwarming The relationship between Mikhail and Melody was cute as well Mikhail is like a brother to everyone It was a really heartwarming romance with action The author set up the world really well and the storytelling was smooth Fantasy Romance I abolutely adored this book It was such an amazing fantasy and I was unable to put it down I love that the main characters in this book are older in their late 30s and early 40s The story follows Cora who doesn t know that she is married to a high fae prince until his little brother comes knocking This book has it all from adventure to romance to mystery I cannot wait to see where this series goes and I have a feeling it is going to become one of my favorite series of all time Fantasy Romance After reading several dark fantasies Execration of Autumn was like a breath of fresh air Don t be fooled by me saying that this isn t your typical cozy fantasy it has its fair share of darker topics but all in all it is a most delectable read. I absolutely adored this book I am not really a fantasy reader but the story sucked me in and I really loved the characters This isn t your typical fantasy story where the characters are young and naive the characters in this story are older and mature and I really appreciated that There aren t many stories where the MCs are older and wiser 10 10 would recommend to anyone even my non fantasy reading friends Fantasy Romance I have read a lot of dark fantasies but EOA was like a fresh palate cleanser However do not let that fool you because this is not your typical little cozy fantasy it has its fair share of darker topics but all in all it was a great great read EOA is book 1 in the Lilac Cursebreaker series and there is so so much to the story to be told I can t wait for The magic and fae world was so unique Cora aka Lilac the FMC is married to a Fae prince but does not know her husband is a Fae prince and then finds out he truth and the story unfolds and she comes to realize that she is the Cursebreaker said to be able to undo the terrible curse on the autumn court If you enjoy these tropes then this is a book for you Faes and Shifters Interfering deities Bringing balance back to the world Found family Curses A mature yet still badass FMS Touch him her and d e Finding yourself and your powers Fantasy Romance This was a beautifully refreshing fantasy The magic and fae world were so unique This follows cora aka lilac a human married to a fae prince Upon learning her husband s true identity came learning her own destiny She is the cursebreaker said to be able to undo the terrible curse on the autumn Court and restore the balance The banter is absolutely hilarious the bonds formed make your heartache I cannot wait to see what comes next 5 5 1 5 Touch him her die Found Family Fae Shifters Badass FMC Curses Secrets Dieties Finding Yourself Fantasy Romance I absolutely loved this book It took me awhile to finish it because of some personal reasons but it was fantastic It s was about a human Cora that soon finds out she s not who she thinks she is She battles enemies and loses loved ones The ending is pretty sad I can t wait to read the next book in the series If you like fantasy and fairytales princes and princesses You ll love this book Fantasy Romance I really liked this story I think I struggled a bit with the writing word building magic system otherwise I would of given this a higher rating I love the creatures and how the found family trope is placed in this story I love the FMC and really enjoy that she is older than most FMCs which makes her relatable to me and gets to have a grand adventure outside of the norm 20 yrs old I also love the witty banter from the Deities as well I do look forward to reading of this series to know what happens Fantasy Romance.
