A vampire huntress and a Vampire Lord who would have imagined it both come together to defeat something that is beyond their power and only together they can destroy it Both end up succumbing to the charms of the other we all need a Vampire Lord in our lives The mix between the vintage in Tabitha s stories along with the monster smut I love every story always catches Even though it s all about the spice it doesn t take away from the background of the story that always applies to them each one is unique and interesting taking you through the era in which the story is based Enemies to lovers will always be one of my favorite tropes even so when it comes to vampires this story made me think of the Van Helsing movies The story flows perfectly integrating the spice appropriately and not rushing I love the Valentine s scene just perfect and in time for Valentine s Day Our couple Evelyn and Viktor have great chemistry both in bed and in battle Thank you for the opportunity to belong to this ARC Team I am leaving my honest and voluntary opinion Romance Science Fiction Fantasy I loved everything about this From the building relationship between vampire and modern day vampire hunter to the cosmic horror battles everything was so fun And as for the spice oh baby it was HOT Von Gloom can have my neck any day Romance Science Fiction Fantasy This is probably my favorite in this series yet. Book Valentine's Day With A vampire survivors I could hear the cheesy noir first person voice over in my head reading this and it was perfect The use of simile was spot on and the dialogue between our MCs was exactly what you expect and want in a pulp novel The smut was a bit restrained than I was expecting from Tabitha Lovelace but I felt it was well written and hot I also felt like it happened really organically within the story which can be difficult to achieve within what is a short smutty read with quite a bit of plot I always feel like blood play doesn t get the attention it deserves in vampire stories so I was happy this story goes there.
