Really can t recommend this book enough Anessa Fike For sure a must read for any HR professionals that will hopefully spark some long overdue conversations in many organizations The only thing lacking for me was that it felt a bit thin on sources There were paragraphs that actually started with studies have shown that and then no study was cited which was frustrating because I would have liked to read scientific evidence on this particular topics rather than just anecdotal this particular paragraph was about how productivity had increased alongside the rise in work from home jobs Anessa Fike
