Misunderstood characters
So of course I m about to jump through her catalog to keep me occupied until Misunderstood 2 English Basic Hood RomanceI didn t hate it but the story could ve been so much better I don t like when authors plug themselves in their stories The only time she mentions the FMC reading is to plug one of her own books so it made it seem like product placement she didn t make the title a hyperlink so I guess there s that I m not a prude or super proper Cursing or AAVE doesn t bother me and I luv a good hood romance but there is too much unnecessary profanity and vulgarity It s distracting The vulgar metaphor to describe simple stuff could have also been left out Example Author could ve wrote He looked at me like he wanted to devour me Instead she wrote He looked at me like he wanted to suck the juices from my p ssy from the back It was so many moments where I was like that was so unnecessary And that was done a lot throughout the whole book There are a ridiculous amount of typos and grammar errors And the story doesn t have a solid point and purpose There is no character growth The story is a slow burn romance so I was waiting for the point of it all but I couldn t tell you what it is It took a lot for me to finish this one and I skimmed the second half I don t know if I would ve wanted to struggle thru a book two But there is no book two so beware of the cliffhanger with no resolution I didn t hate the story I just didn t like it that much either English Well written.

But I m rooting for him It was nice to see somewhat of a different version stereotypical hood boy I enjoyed this read and cannot wait for the rest of the shenanigans to begin Definitely cannot wait until part 2 PageTurner MustRead English speechless I m late I know I know Nobody told me about this book until recently And when I say this is definitely in my top books of 2024 I didn t even care that it was a slow burn Because the character development and the storyline was so well executed I didn t even notice You can t help but fall in love with those two HB I don t even know how to describe him for real other than thorough.

And beyond what the simple minds around them can comprehend To somewhat understand them you must start at the beginning Here s a glimpse into their world Here s how it all started MISUNDERSTOODI need This is my first read by Lucinda and I am impressed I can tell she put her soul into this because I felt like I was there with the characters HB is the sweetest and he loves Charmaine real bad Even though she started off being rude to him Charmaine is definitely HB soulmate I need part two now English lol if we can be anything. Kindle misunderstood royale bffr i loved hb though everything about him mookie was too grown and i loved how her mama checked her sadly it got super good at 98% and then not to have a part two is crazy lol English This book was really goodt Awe damn I need part 2 asap English Charmaine mother moves them 5 hours away to a new city after winter break her senior year She s currently dating her first love Daniel who is the superstar football player back home She meets HB in her new city who immediately gives her the nickname Twin since they coincidentally are always color coordinated HB is feeling Twin but he also respects her relationship and boundaries So he settles with being her friend but subtly flirts with her every chance he gets and don t let her forget that she will one day be his This is just a SNIPPET and doesn t touch on the mess that unfolds in this book I enjoyed this read Only thing is it s a to be continued I wasn t excited about that but I look forward to see where this goes So many characters Im interested in knowing about English nah nah Spoilers Nah this gotta be a joke I like this book Lucinda did something with this but that cliffhanger ain t gonna cut it I need part 2 because I just know whats about to happen it s a whole lot of mess wheeew chileeee Anya and Will ain t fooling anyone but them people and not gonna lie I won t blame HB for flipping as he should because they not it Now we know very well we wasn t surprised in the end about what s happening to mookie and HB just did something stupid in the end because now u got caught Both HB and Mookie s mom are ridiculous lmbo I can def see something with coolie and rema imma just wait for that drama Also mookie was in denial she knew something was going on that Francesca girl and that boy Daniel Now I just want part 2 because all this I need to know what s next English
