The author did a great job balancing the suspense and romance part Narration Great audio performance and impeccable voice acting Lancaster Falls Collection I love stories set in small towns where everyone knows each other and their business and I thought the author did a great job in bringing Lancaster Falls and its inhabitants to life. While the plot kept me reading and trying to figure out connections and the mystery the characters sucked me into this series I was on the edge of my seat as the story arc progressed and I enjoyed the side plot with the corruption within the Mayor s office and family problems. Although aspects of the story are resolved in each book the mystery itself isn t solved until the final book so once you start you ll want to keep reading I love series like this because they give room for plot and character growth. The action scenes are exciting with a couple of twists I half expected yet didn t I thought the story was a well told gripping murder mystery as well as an exploration of the relationships in each book I originally read the books as they came out and had to wait for each one to release This is a series that has stayed with me and I d reread Lancaster Falls Collection Audio review At last Scott s suspenseful trilogy is in box set form In book 1 All That Remains we learn of the found bones the intricacies of small town life and the characters that populate it and the legend of the flooded valley all set against the backdrop of writer Chris and police officer Sawyer falling in love Book 2 Without a Trace continues the mystery and whodunit while immersing us in the romance between soldier Drew and cop Logan In book 3 All that Remains all the myriad storylines are wrapped up while FBI agent Lucas and hotelier Josh work towards their HEA Throughout the novels Sean Crisden does his usual amazing job narrating the stories His calm firm smooth voice perfectly describes the action Scott does a masterful job deftly weaving big mysteries and smaller intrigues without ever losing the thread of the romantic storylines She crafts an intricate web of plot lines and juggles a plethora of characters This audio box set is the perfect way to consume this mystery as you get to hear all three parts back to back building the suspense and fear factor exponentially 5 stars across the board Lancaster Falls Collection I have left individual reviews on each book These three books are fast paced and action packed with a small town full of characters with secrets intertwined families grudges and the one unsolved missing person case that had a huge impact There are multiple strands to the mystery of the now exposed bones The books also cover retribution loss grief guilt friendship and love So good I have read each book twice and will read again Loved them fabulous to be available in a boxset Lancaster Falls Collection I read the books in this collection as they were published and I knew going in that everything wouldn t be resolved until the final book came out and the anticipation for the next book was huge If you are a new reader to this series you are so lucky that you won t have to wait like I did Rather than try and condense down my original reviews or worse yet copy them here in their entirety I m just going to say that I think this series showcases some of RJ Scott s best writing It s a bit intense and different from her other books and you do need to read them in order but OMG I think the writing and attention to detail and how deviously twisty the stories are is magnificent.
