What and where the Starfolk were from and their reason for their continual reincarnations but unfortunately this was not to be and only focused on the fued I felt Amelias actions became too far fetched and unbelievable to the point I was ready to give up but kept going because I wanted to know the outcome A lot of things went on maybe too much especially with the characters and revealing their abilities It was a good read but I felt things weren t gone into with enough depth 323 This is the third and final book in the Starfolk Trilogy and I m loving the fact that I have had all 3 books here to binge and read as a whole with no waiting. EBook Starfolk rising I posted my review of book 1 The Starfolk Arcana and book 2 Starfolk Falling over the last couple of weeks and this will be my final one I m so sad that this series is over already I love that this book starts off with a little recap not too much to feel as though things were repeated.

The storyline flows well and I was completely invested in the prophecy and the triad being reunited but then disaster strikes I was completely in shock and hadn t been expecting things to turn out as they did This was a brilliantly written series and I ve loved being able to read all books in quick succession Each book was well paced and the story arc spread perfectly over the 3 books I m definitely going to be looking out for by this author in the future and I must go back and grab the crossover book soon too 323 Beth and Jonan have to fight separately to try and stop Amelia getting anyone else under her spell They need to free those already under it. Starfolk risinghurst Doriel tries hard to bring the original Triad back together.

Here is my review for Starfolk Rising by Martha DunlopI got into this third book in the trilogy straightaway and just loved it The characters were really loveable and helped make the story as enjoyable as it was Martha Dunlop is a very imaginative and creative author and I hope she soon writes another similar sort of series to read If you are starting at this book without reading the others that s fine there is a little bit of a catch up section at the start of the book The plotting and writing are superb whereas the descriptive writing just brings the story to life It s an easy to read story. Starfolk risinghurst This book had me up very late reading as I could not put it down Fast paced and exhilarating if you ve not read this trilogy yet you are definitely missing out 323 The final book is very emotional with love hope tragedy and despair It s the culmination of the feud it s consequences and hope for the future Again I found this to be an interesting read but it left me wanting By the end of the book I was hoping to have a full explanation of who but enough to give you that boost of where we left the story in the last book I d definitely recommend reading this series as a whole even with the recap it s definitely not enough to really understand the characters and the full events of the previous books and they were all such great reads that it will definitely be worth your time After the recap we see this storyline taking off from where book 2 ended and we see Beth and Jonan continue to fight against Amelia and her plan to destroy everything Once again Amelia was just completely crazy We meet a few new characters along the way who fitted beautifully into the storyline I ve since found out that Dylan and Tabitha actually cross over from another book which I haven t read yet and I m a little sad that I hadn t had that insight into the pair beforehand Maybe this would have been a good book to slot in while awaiting publication of this book had I not already had all 3 to binge Anyway but then disaster strikes and that is no longer an option Can Beth Jonan and their family and friends stop Amelia Picking right up where it left off at book 2 this had me on edge and feeling nervous most of the way through Amelia became and unhinged with the upset and angry she got She was quite scary at first but then she just seemed to be come broken. Book Starfolk rising action I have loved this series from beginning to end and I m now sad it s finished 323 I have enjoyed this series and I think anyone who enjoys YA fantasy paranormal fantasy or romance will also be a fan of this one The writing is solid and absorbs you into the story The characters well written and easy to like. Book Starfolk rising I really did enjoy this book I love this series Its a shame its the last one I loved the cover too My favourite character was Beth and Jonan Roland grew on me I still didn t like Amelia at all Action all the way Couldn t put it down I didn t see that coming I loved the ending Wow 5 323 Starfolk Rising is the final book in the trilogy and it most certainly is a perfect if emotional ending Continuing right on from book two I was constantly on the edge of my seat waiting to see what would happen next I want to say this can be read as an urban fantasy romance with amazing characters and plot but a lot deeper than that I adore how Dunlop highlights the cult of celebrity well and general influences and how they can turn people against each other and create an almost army willing to do whatever their leader asks. Book Starfolk rising sign I believe this is something that is necessary now than ever You only need to look at some such as those who used to write children s fiction seeming to create fear and hatred without knowing all the facts In this sense I still liked Amelia as an antagonist She shows how to manipulate and while she knows what she is doing is wrong perhaps deep down she cannot stop herself I have to say I think Dunlop highlights this perfectly frighteningly actually But it also works in the story as general. Starfolk risinghurst Speaking of the story I adored we got powers for the characters and exploration of them I adored how the trilogy ended although I would love to continue to follow Beth and Jonan and their found family but I think for me it ended perfectly as well There were some shocking bits in this one no spoilers but it most definitely was a rollercoaster of emotion The writing once again is easy to get immersed in and suits the tone and genre of the novel so well. Starfolk risinghurst All in all I cannot recommend this one enough It is perfect for fans of urban fantasy romance fantasy and those who are interested in looking into the genre as well If you enjoy novels or series like The Lost Gods by Jane Frkovich you will love this one 323
