Hearts Reclaimed is Book 6 and the final one of the Wild Hearts of Yellowstone Creek Ranch series This one is finally Sarah and TC s the Chief story They loved each other but were forbidden to be together due to the tribal laws so when she got pregnant she moved away TC never knew if the pregnancy Through a series of events they come together and TC realizes he has a son There are a lot of heartfelt moments love and tears but we do finally get a happy ending for this couple This was a great ending to the series.
