Book 3 in Kingdom of Betrayal seriesA heartbreakingly emotional yet highly informative background look into the main characters Prepare for lots of tears but it s worth it. A storm like ironnade lyrics I wish I could give this book a proper review however I don t feel like my words will do it justice My recommendation read the series and then fall in love with this book like I did Honestly I spent a lot of time reading through tears but I was truly ensnared by this book My heart broke over and over but it helped me develop a deeper understanding and background into the characters It s a book about making impossible choices sacrificing for those you love but this book is incredible I don t want to spoil this fantastic story so I will keep this brief We go back to the start of the Vandawolf s beginning with his brother and father The emotional roller coaster we are taken on will drag out every feeling Then in part 2 we delve right back into the continuation of book 2 Everly s world building storytelling and characters are top tier and helps you immerse yourself fully into the characters and their surroundings I loved that she co wrote this with Julian Madden who is new but has managed to do incredible work alongside Everly with this story I cannot wait for the final book in this series A Soul Like Glass Asha and Erik may be my favourite couple of Everly s to date English I m wrecked and trying to piece together the ruined shards of my heart Why do I do this to myself I open a book by Everly Frost and attempt to do my best not to end up a broken sobbing mess But I m never successful at guarding my heart Never And this edition in this unputdownable series packs all the punches with a frenzied ferocious that leaves the reader breathless This book was everything I didn t know I needed We are given the backstory and of course it s angsty and utterly heartbreaking Who wouldn t fall for Erik even And the ending is brutal in true Frost fashion I desperately want to cling to hope that this isn t an ending and that the plateau won t let me fall But I just keep replaying that conclusion in my mind and it wounds me each time Ms Frost will certainly be able to bathe in the tears of her readers from this unforgettable tale English This book This man The story The heart and soul of this book was truly felt every step of the way.
