3 This was another great book I love the series so far Ella was a great character This was a fairy tale retelling with a twist She lost her mom and her dad remarried a woman who had 2 daughters They all treated her like crap when her dad wasn t around He ended up getting sick and put in the hospital One day when she was cleaning she found an invitation to a club She was treated as the black sheep so to speak She worked and went home and took care of the house and all the duties while her step mother and sisters bullied her She ended up going to the club and met Mikhail They hit it off right away Then the story took an unexpected turn This is a must read series Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm.
He has to have her Tonight is the perfect night for it They spend the night together and Ella rushes out without leaving a name She does leave her mask and that is all Mikhail needs to track her down Her step family has managed to get on Mikhail s bad side He knows he needs to get Ella out of there. The short novel gives readers the twists and turns they have grown to expect from this author Readers will think they have everything figured out and and will get thrown into another spiral when they find out the truth I really enjoyed the Cinderella retelling I can t wait to continue to read of this series Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm.
I love a good rehash of an old fairytale but give the princess a sexy dress invite her to a steamy club and put her in the sights of a Bratva prince where do I sign up While this has all the earmarks of the original fairytale from evil stepmother and ugly stepsisters to the handsome prince it s not a story you want to read to your kids I loved how Nichole kept the foundation of the original story but gave it such a sexy twist So although the similarities are endless the differences are huge and though Ella attends the ball she does a lot than dance with the prince Mikhail on the other hand is not your typical prince so when he learns of Ella s plight there s nothing he won t do to save his damsel in distress and he isn t afraid to get his hands dirty in oh so many ways to do it. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm 3 This a brilliant twist on the old Cinderella story and I love it so much Ella lives in the modern world with her horrible step mother and step sisters and is doing all she can to work hard and save enough money to get them out of her life. When she finds an invitation to a exclusive masked party she takes the opportunity to have some fun while finding out what her family is up to She finds than she bargained for and then some when she encounters Mikhail Thay have a steaming hot night and then Ella disappears before he can find out who she is Luckily his ties within the Russian Mafia make quick work of figuring out her identity When Mikhail finds Ella again and claims her as his own they work together to figure out what her step mother and sisters are doing and as secrets unfold the dangerous it becomes for Ella. There was so much that happened in the story and it all was done is a perfect pace and without giving up too many clues There are parts that I didn t see coming and it was all a perfect blend of intrigue and suspense with plenty of spice throughout. This is book three in the series and they can be read as standalones Characters from other stories may make appearances but not enough to leave you missing anything important There are some trigger warnings so be aware of them if needed and go enjoy the entire series Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm 3 Mikhail and Ella s relationship goes from zero to sixty in one night at Midnight Blue If you like your fairytales with some spice and a dash of mafia you ll love this retelling Can t forget the fairy godmother and evil step family either All the bases are covered and the story wraps up nicely Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm 3 If you love a retelling of a fairytale with a twist then this is a great quick read I enjoyed Ella Mikhael s story of instalove seeing how quickly they fell for each other how they each helped each other Great spice as always and another great book Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm 3 This is a quick dark and naughty retelling of the Cinderella fairytale In this book Ella is doing her best to keep her family s house out of the hands of her nasty stepmother and the bank With her beloved father terminally ill all pretence of her stepmother treating Ella as her own daughter has stopped and now she has become a lowly servant Ella works hard to scrape up enough money to cover the mortgage on the house After finding a hidden invitation to a masquerade party at an exclusive club Ella makes a plan to go to the event and discover just what her evil steps are up to A colleague becomes her fairy godmother and outfits Ella for the event But this party is on the darker side and there is no Prince Charming just a dark mafia prince named Mikhail who takes an instant interest in her beauty Ella is well and truly claimed by her dark prince but alas he awakes to find her gone Can Mikhail reclaim his beauty thwart her step monsters and give Ella the life of her dreams If you like your romance on the dark and naughty side with an alpha hero who will do anything for the feisty heroine who has claimed his heart then this book is for you Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm 3 This was my first read by this author and it absolutely blew me away I read this book in one sitting I just could not stop reading this I will definitely need to read the other books in this series and any other books by this author I loved the characters and the plot of this story I was hooked from the beginning and was absolutely obsessed I loved this so much Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm 3 Wow just wow First book I have read from Nichole Ruschelle and I am not disappointed I am not big on fairytale retelling but I am so glad I came upon this one This is the 3rd book of the series but can be read as a standalone Each book has a different story Definitely can t wait for book 4 The Best Cinderella retelling ever Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm 3 We finally made it to the Cinderella retelling Ella Thomas is living in the attic of a house that should be hers doing the bidding of her stepmother and two stepsisters Imagine her surprise when she finds an invitation to Midnight Blue It s a masquerade black tie affair The invite is to the Thomas Family but Ella is not invited She knows something is going on with her step family and thinks this place will clue her in After telling Amber the manager of the bar she works at what is going on Amber tells her to leave the details to her She is going to make sure she goes to that party Amber comes through While there Ella meets Mikhail Sokolov Mikhail owns Midnight Blue and his father is the head of the Bratva Once Mikhail sees Ella 3 This book has all of the elements of the classic Cinderella but with some Mafia twists Ella works at a bar and has mean step sisters and a step mother She meets prince charming Mikhail at his night club Midnight Blue After their first night together he must find her They do find their happiness at the end Along the way there are scenes with spicy sex anal and violence abuse torture Midnight Blue Twisted Grimm 3
