Rebellion Titan Rebel has watched in reverent awe as human Taline works longer and with dedication than any other human among their groups on Ellipsis When she must tend to him after Taline he and Drillbit are swept underground during a tunnel collapse he s realized he s fallen for the human but feels he s too damaged for someone like her When she s captured by the Solcrue he intends to extract her and destroy as many of them as possible Will they both make it out alive or will he sacrifice himself to save the woman he loves This novella offered a nuanced look at PTSD even if it didn t specifically name it Rebel was definitely wrestling with it to the point he actually tried to fire his service weapon at his own head This probably solidified Taline s determination to save the scarred Titan. Rebel moon cast I received an advance reader copy from the author and bookfunnel and I m pleased to share my honest impressions Rebel Hunted Relics 6 I loved this story about Rebel and Taline Both medics but one a Titan and the other human Rebel is a cyborg but still has feelings They are fleeing from the evil Solcrue who are trying to kill them. Rebelz cheer This is an interesting story Even though it is the 7th book in the Relics series it can be read as a standalone book Rebel Hunted Relics 6 Love is an act of rebellionCyberTitan Rebel is the one who saves his brothers and their human allies Not a soldier he s a combat medic who never stops Human nurse Taline is drawn to him recognizing a kindred spirit as they save who they can comfort the dying and vow vengeance and victory for their kind This beautiful sad touching and ultimately hopeful battlefield romance had me in tears sometimes sometimes burning with anger but always right THERE with Taline and Rebel Their healing journey lifts them from despair to love for each other and a new purpose for the rebellion.
