This was a very engaging book Jess came back to town and bought a doggy daycare When one of clients ended up dead she became a nuisance investigator The plot revolves arounds Jess who finds suspects irritates the police charges in like a bull and tries to fins a killer I enjoyed tghis book and the characters I recommend this book to all crime readers Mystery Suspense Fiction good book Mystery Suspense Fiction An entertaining cozy mystery with interesting characters and a good plot Who thought that the art world could be so cut throat Mystery Suspense Fiction This is the first book by this author that I have read It has an interesting plot with plenty of suspects and a hint of romance Jess returns to her hometown in the Texas Hill Country after her marriage falls apart She runs the Happy Pooch a doggie daycare center One of her clients Sheila fails to pick up her dog which is unusual Jess takes the dog out to her home to check on Sheila Low and behold Sheila s no longer alive.
