This is the fourth installment of a series that will leave you gasping and seriously wanting the next book in the series to satisfy the immediate need of the reader to find out what comes next Ava is waiting for what happens next in the plan to assassinate the Iron King In the tantamount triangle of Blade Stone and Ava we will finally see who it is who is to be together In a stroke of such brilliance I have literally read THOUSANDS of books that always refer to fated mates or soul bonds Not one author could describe this connection that it is supposed transcend everything we know and feel FINALLY Thea Atkinson early on in this book did such an incredibly beautiful job of describing it we actually live and feel it I had tears streaming down my face it touched me so deeply These words do not do the scene justice Wait until you read it for yourself I urge you once you come upon it savor the moment Truly there is no other way to experience the sensation it leaves with the reader To say this book definitely outshines the others in the series is a serious understatement This one is the MUST own of the series So full of action so full of deep feelings the betrayal is unlike any other Everything you have read up on the plan plotted will now leave you guessing throwing your hands in the air Saying WHAT Just when you think Ava is screwing up you have to wonder what the effects of her actions will have on who and what is truly the end game She is as much in the dark as we the readers Thea has truly thrown a ball out of left field with twists and turns that is so unexpected that I am STILL trying to figure out what is going on who is truly involved and what is going to happen Maybe her characters led her off script This book was a serious labor of love that took a lot of imagination hours of strategizing and understanding her readers will be wanting the next installment NOW I cannot give too much away even a little for I want all the plot twists and turns to affect you as they did me Kudos Thea you DEFINITELY left me yearning so for the next installment so than ANY other books in the past I have read Realm of Kings an enemies to lovers fae fantasy The Iron King s Assassin Book 4 Whoa hold on to your hats with this 4th installment in the Iron King s Assassin series Master storyteller Ms Atkinson has quite a few surprises in this book that will keep you on the edge of your seat Be prepared for the most daunting roller coaster ride you ve ever been on with one twist and turn after another. Series king of the realm Our girl Ava has been through the wringer lately and things are going to get a lot worse for our reluctant assassin The Shadow Court s mob boss Terran is still determined to have Ava assassinate King Ferranus even though it means a death sentence for her Terran is ruthless and doesn t care one whit for her well being but the dark enforcer certainly does Blade has vowed to keep Ava safe and she wonders what that entails exactly In the last book Ava s feelings toward Blade were changing from murderous to something else but what exactly Is she falling in love with the hellhound or importantly does she even have the capacity to love after the drug addicted and vicious life she d led up to this point. Watcher of realms on kindle One thing is clear The most important thing to Ava is keeping her sister Kit safe from harm s way especially now that Flint has brought Kit into the Fae world Kit has fallen hard for the gorgeous Fae and refuses to listen to Ava when she tries to explain how dangerous Flint is To keep Ava in line Terran plans on sending Kit with the Shadow Court entourage when they go to the king s celebration Now Ava is in a quandary How can she keep her sister safe without compromising the mission Can she even keep herself safe And what about the other brother Stone Ava was once attracted to Blade s gorgeous Fae brother but has that attraction waned Can she count on him as a friend There is so much to unpack about this story and I could go on and on about how much I love this series but suffice it to say that this series does not disappoint There is a momentous surprise near the end of the book that I never saw coming and I sat in shock as I read it It was absolutely brilliant This story is dark with heart pounding excitement and will definitely get your adrenaline pumping I voluntarily read the advanced reader copy and all opinions are my own Realm of Kings an enemies to lovers fae fantasy The Iron King s Assassin Book 4 Emotional rollercoasterBrought to the court of the Iron King Ava is prepared to do her job she was blackmailed into while Blade is willing to do everything to protect her The intrigues and machinations of the fae court bring mortal danger to the human huntress but also bring to light secrets and revelations she would never expect A rollercoaster of emotions and action this story pulls me deeper and deeper as we follow Ava s steps in the fae realm and I can t get enough The mystery about Stone Phaedre even Mika keeps me turning pages at the fastest speed possible and I am even thrilled this series isn t over yet despite the cliffhanger. Kings of the realm Realm of Kings an enemies to lovers fae fantasy The Iron King s Assassin Book 4 REALM OF KINGS Book 4 Iron King s Assassin THEA ATKINSON Seriously This Book Has More Twists Turns Than Chubby Checker No Mortals Were Harmed In The Making Of This Murder BRAVO THEA ATKINSON This fourth installment of the Iron King s Assassin was pure perfection Flawlessly written with maturity elegance which not all authors possess To me it was comparable to watching the most intense scene of an operatic performance a scene from The Notebook or even Outlander It was emotionally heart wrenching painful while at other times pure joy bliss filled with ecstasy LOVE but above all else LOVE I believe this Love just may have saved our Ava s life I think Blade has taken than the scar painful memories away from his Athalar I believe Blade may have just healed Ava of all her past wounds turmoil of all she put her long suffering sister Kit through herself for missing her parents funeral. Rpg ordem paranormal book This was EPIC A love scene among the ages And in return Ava may have just saved Blade These Fated Mates would have to be up there as one of my all time favourite couples Enemies to lovers has never been high on my agenda especially when power is taken away from a woman by a dominant man but this one truly works here. Realm of kingshouse hotel I don t understand how Ms Atkinson thought for one minute she needed help with the romance of this series It s been spot on on point from day one when it was of a one up or cat mouse game right through to full blown Mateship well with the small annoying exception of Ava not understanding realizing quick enough her true feelings for Blade yes that was painful to watch. Book realm of kings and queens The editing throughout book 4 was exceptional barely a typo to find Well done Ms Atkinson her Beta ARC teams editor I know these stories have been written scraped rewritten a million times and in large quantities and with such a lengthy story multiple main characters and jumping points you ve done a hell of a job There s not quite as much of the heart in your throat continually non stop action in book 4 as there was in the 3 earlier books it was continuously non stop the whole story through Here it is still packed with Ms Atkinson s trademarked mastery of keeping you on edge of the seat action but it s strategically placed paced in the right sections if that makes sense. The king's doctor of our realm Book 4 is where most of the meat potatoes of the emotion of the story come into play Ms Atkinson fleshes out her characters here producing an emotional bond of reader to character We delve deeper than ever before Atkinson s characters reveal a deeper intimate depth of themselves It s Book Four that reintroduces a few characters who played bit but substantial roles in earlier novels are brought back with a vengeance And finally we are introduced to two first time appearancees in The Iron King his mercenary bodyguard the terrifyingly stunning Ms Ruby Moronov Boy is she one bad ass Female Fae She drips malevolence venom from the tips of her wings to the points of her toes She s one ferocious Female you d hope to never meet in a dark dungeon And as for The Iron King to me he is a typical Royal Fae Male a cruel misogynist pig taking what he wants when he wants it but I m sure we learn to hate him oh so much as we get to know him better in Book 5. Realm of kings tpb Oh the surprises treachery trickery afoot in Realm of Kings kicks up not a notch but a tonne The unexpected surprises converted treats revealed in this book are mind blowing Seriously this book has twists turns than Chubby Checker Just wait till you learn the identity of the second mercenary I can not wait to see what book 5 will bring how it is all finally brought to an abrupt end conclusion The whole time reading this book I couldn t stop my brain from going off on all these crazy tangents the things I m thinking places its going are wild My brain hasn t been this invested in a series since reading Thea s Isabella Hush Series My only criticism about this series book 5 is not available just yet but will be soon 5 books written in one year is an absolutely incredible feat by an author who only works at her craft part time after her day job I RATE REALM OF KINGS 5 OUT OF 5 I highly recommend this book this author series it s one of the best I ve ever read I m so invested Run out buy them all today I bought a copy of this book this is my fair honest and impartial review as always. Realm of kings omnibus 5 stars on the newest installment of The Iron King s Assassin series Rounding up to 4 stars Realm of Kings finally got us to some serious progression for Blade and Ava s relationship and it was definitely satisfying to finally see Ava open up This was the highlight for me as I actually found Ava to be a bit frustrating in the rest of the book. Realm of kingsky underwear Ava has always been a character who refuses to back down when things get dangerous but I found her actions to be a bit idiotic reckless rather than the usual heroic reckless we tend to see from her I think at the heart of it she was attempting to be heroic but many of her decisions were so thoughtless that they opened the door for catastrophic outcomes than if she had just stayed on task. Book realm of kings book We see some interesting developments for Stone in this installment Still not sure which side he falls on good or bad Definitely intrigued to see where the storyline goes after the unexpected ending and I m still looking forward to book 5 despite my frustrations with Ava I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review Realm of Kings an enemies to lovers fae fantasy The Iron King s Assassin Book 4 What an amazing fourth book in the series Thea Atkinson never writes anything but fantastic Ava and Blade s relationship develops further and further both sharing of their past of their fears and wants but still being the strong willed characters we love them for This one is all about the build up to the Iron King s assassination during his Days of Endowment event an event where just for a short while he might become vulnerable enough to take out But is Ava ready to do it both mentally and physically Will she be able go through with it However when Ava gets to the castle some things don t feel completely right and luckily for her a friendly ally lets her in on a big secret who was the one who paid for her kidnapping and trip through the Catacombs I was not completely shocked by this but surprised than I thought I would be And after something tragic happens to her just off the ballroom Ava now has even revenge in mind Although things didn t go to plan at all the situation with the Iron King still came to a similar conclusion but we have to wait to read the next book to find out what happens now I cannot wait for this one and see if the betrayer gets his comeuppance as well as the Iron King getting what he deserves too If you haven t started this series yet I highly recommend that you do as it is an absolutely amazing read and one I found hard to put down Thea s writing is always brilliant fast paced detailed and leaves you wanting with every book I received an ARC copy of this book from the author but this review is my own honest one Realm of Kings an enemies to lovers fae fantasy The Iron King s Assassin Book 4 We see character development for the outer characters and deeper meaning for Ava and Blade It seems the monster hunter might be beginning to understand how to protect her family without being irrational and having a death wish We get to the Iron Kings court and the machinations are in full force I look forward to the next installment Realm of Kings an enemies to lovers fae fantasy The Iron King s Assassin Book 4 Wow this series keeps giving and and Realm of Kings gives drama betrayals and a smouldering intensity.
