friendship family M Guida This series was amazing The characters and storyline were well written The non stop action from start to finish will keep you wanting and If I could I would rate it higher M Guida This was an ok book and story line Like many of the books in this genre shared world it was quick to ready with a long and arduous story line that ends quickly and decisively Entertaining and worth the price as a Kindle Unlimited option I wish these had depth but appreciate authors using Kindle Unlimited M Guida Love love loved this seriesSo glad I got the box set of this series Such a journey from human to hero for our leading lady and the friends and family that she discovers Mystery and betrayal are around every corner Wonderful characters that you cannot help but loveand hate A set that I will come back to M Guida mehI usually love all the books that LMBPN puts out but this series was just ok The potential for greatness was definitely there but it just fell short Too many inconsistencies from one book to another Too many time jumps with no mention that any time had passed It also felt like the author was interested in describing the scenery than she was in writing about the characters Six books of build up and the final battle took place in a handful of pages Again the parts are there Good premise good characters But too much kept happening at the same time without any real reason Deus ex machina time and again I really wanted to live this series but like the title of my review says meh M Guida the girl who thought she was alone finds theParanormal Mercenary Corps and discovers a readymade familyChelby has always felt alone She was raised in various orphanages both abroad and at home Then she is fostered by people who don t see her as family Once she is on her own she falls in with a group of Paranormal Mercenaries because as she turns eighteen her powers start showing up As she is learning to utilize those powers she finds her self bonding to her group and they learn they are better together than separate and she now has a grandfather and an uncle M Guida Not gonna lie I stopped reading after book three I couldn t finish all six There was good bare bones for the setup of the series I mean I absolutely love an academy novel mixed with the paranormal but I had a hard time following allowing with the plot and sometimes it felt like there was continuity issues happening in say the third book that were different from what had been spelled out in the first and second I just had a hard time connecting.
