The hidden fight bookworm

I thought it was going to be a serial killer novel but nooooo The premise of this novel turned out to be so much worse I was heartbroken while reading this Alex had so much courage and strength to survive what she had been through It was no wonder she had trouble trusting people Everything she did during this novel was done so that no one had to endure what she had been subjected to I was fighting for her the whole way I was so involved in this book that I did not realize how much time had passed I read this book in 4 hours This is going to be one of my top 10 reads for this year so far English I ll admit this took me a couple of chapters to really get into.

A book about fighting

I received an advance review copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily The Hidden Fight was an entertaining book that kept me turning the pages There were plenty of plot twists and the suspense kept me on the edge of my seat The characters were well written and made me care what happened to them. Fight the good fight book The ARC I received however was full of typo s grammatical errors and awkward phrasing that took me out of the story on a few occasions Also the ending of the book was a bit anti climactic for me It felt like an epilogue that dragged on a little too long There was a fair amount of abuse torture and human trafficking but it wasn t quite as bad as I was expecting Which probably says about the books I typically read than this story. A book about fighting I am reluctantly giving The Hidden Fight four stars This is the highest rating I have ever given a book with this many mistakes I liked the story so much that I couldn t talk myself into a lower rating I do hope that the errors are cleaned up for the published version English The Hidden Fight is a slow burn once you get through the first third of the book which is mostly building up Alex s POV and storyline the plot picks up. Fight the good fight book The whirlwind and the way this was written stirs up so many thoughts and emotions There were moments where I was shocked surprised and even scared and nervous for Alex and all of those she encounters I even cried at points in this story because the emotion and the details were so vivid. PDF The hidden fight scene I truly enjoyed this book I volunteered to read this ARC through Booksirens English I fell in love with these characters and the plot gave me heart palpitations in the best way possible I almost didn t want Alex s story to end I feel like I m going to miss her I loved how much strength and determination Alex showed throughout and the constant push and pull of Russ s character There were perfect twists and some emotional moments that really brought this book home for me Highly recommend English Almost 4 stars The FMC in this story is strong and she has been through terrible things She was kind of all over the place but that was to be expected due to everything going on I wish this story was told from different points of view it would have made the flashback scenes better She was telling them like she was actually there but she wasn t so it kind of bothered me I was able to figure out the twists before they happened but that didn t bother me as much I wish we got information on what it was like for her before or during her 3 years away I can t imagine what that must have felt like to be caught again Overall the story was interesting enough to keep me reading I would read this author again English I would never have thought anyone could be as evil as the man in this story He used women as a moneymaker and had no feeling towards his oldest daughter what he did to her was beyond despicable When I first started reading this book I wasn t actually sure it was a book for me BUT wow once it gripped hold of me I was completely sucked in Even though not marketed as one this felt like a real dystopian thriller Whilst set in the now it had a real futuresque feel to it that I absolutely loved. The hidden fence by rita joe Whilst hard to read in places the descriptive scenes were perfectly set so that you felt every emotion going throughout the book Suspense horror happiness and sadness were all rolled together in short spaces of time that made me feel I was on an emotional rollercoaster. The hidden fight booking Based around the main character of Alex a young woman who has escaped the confines and abuse of Mr Fitzgerald Three years after escaping she awakens to find herself back where it all started but now she isn t the only one. The hidden fortress star wars Does she have the physical and mental strength to get away again and does she have the trust to form an alliance She can t be the only one trying to take Mr Fitzgerald down can she This I definitely about I will happily recommend onto other readers It has everything you could want from a psychological thriller and some Huge thanks to BookSirens for the ARC received in exchange for leaving an honest review voluntarily English I received a free ARC of this book and I am leaving an honest review Alex finds herself back in a nightmare but is there anyone she can trust to help her bring the corrupt organisation down This was a gripping read with some twists and turns throughout There were a few places where the pacing felt a tad off But aside from that a good read English After the life Alex had pretty much from birth you can really understand her reluctance to trust anyone There is a twist here that I definitely did not see coming given how badly she had been treated Still swings and roundabouts as Mr Fitzgerald will learn soon enough.
