Angst and romance in this story English I loved reading Romance at Kingfisher Cove as it has a sweet romance and second chances The main character Katrina Kitty Landis Randecliffe After a an accident that her parents were in abroad left Katrina parentless she was raised by her parents When a young lady close to her 18 birthday meets a handsome young man their souls meet and blend as one with only 2 innocent kisses As Chase says. Do you believe in Fate Tragedy happens and Katrina and her grandparents must move in order to stave off embarrassment from their members in their rich circle Katrina s dream of Collage and the Chase are gone in one night Move ahead 18 years Katrina now goes by Kitty Landis Landis is her Father s family name and the home that she loves is up for sale Kitty is now a Realestate Agent and boss of her own company She has scrimped and scraped her funds in order to reclaim her family home in Kingfisher Cove But the house is in a very poor condition The site makes Kitty cry just thinking about it Well as her dreams come to play she restores her family home and all is well Chase is one of the contractors that handles the job that his brother started Fee is Kitty s best friend and business partner. ARC REVIEW 4 Who doesn t love a beach town cottage reno with some heartache second chance love story Anne serves us a teen attraction meant to be together meet up later in life story on a platter Kitty and Jace have such wonderful chemistry in this fast paced book Romance at Kingfisher Cover should absolutely be you next read English New author to me but I liked her pen and the way I sensed the emotions and struggles That s the main reason this story is not a 5 stars for me I wanted to almost live those emotions myself but had a little taste of them Again there is a little taste of everything that leaves you craving for That being said the story itself is so good and keeps you glued to the pages till the end The characters have they strong sides and flaws which I love Having Kitty back in Kingfisher Cove made me cheer for her so much The slow burn was perfect as was their haha you should read it to know what I mean English I adored Romance at Kingfisher Cove I was completely hooked on Kitty and Jace s story as they reconnect after being separated for so long The romance was so heartfelt and sweet The characters were fantastic Kitty is strong and independent and Jace compliments her perfectly It s a quick read and while I wanted because of how much I was enjoying reading it I was left satisfied I couldn t get enough of this story and their journey I highly writes heartwarming twisty tales that take their time getting to the happily ever after but the journey is enjoyable I was gutted by the start of the story so than usual so I knew that it was going to be good You can t have a second chance romance without a good devastating first chance of some sort Depending on your mood and disposition the worse the better Kitty our main female character is a strong independent woman and I was here for it She was impressive in her job in her romance and in her willingness to do dirty jobs I would not be willing to do half of what she did in this book and I m not like a super girly girl But yeah she is a super impressive character That isn t to say she didn t have her human flaws which is good because it brings her down to Earth The chemistry between her and her love interest is instant and undeniable But don t worry he is human and has his flaws too It is a short but sweet novella that you can read on a lazy weekend afternoon or a pick up as a great beach read that will keep you turning the pages It d also make a great breather between heavier books which I know I am always looking for Who s It For If you enjoy second chance romance and strong Fast forward 15 years Kitty has been trying to buy Randcliffe Cottage for years but the current owner refuses to sell When the cottage finally goes to auction Kitty s wins the bidding war and now she s back in the cove Randcliffe Cottage needs some major renovations and general contracting firm Atlas comes highly recommended Little does Kitty know that this will put her on the path to reclaiming the life and the love she lost 15 years ago.
