Delany and Axel are on the job again in this twisty turny keep you guessing wonderful cozy read Delaney s troubles keep your head spinning as she juggles issues from the IRS a dead accountant and figuring out that dang tow truck Never a spoiler in any of my reviews just know that this is a super fun read with lots of humor snark and a really good no make that great story A perfect ending that ties everything together seamlessly Although part of a series can easily be read as a stand alone but you ll want to go back and read the others if this is your introduction to Delaney What are you waiting for go get this book NOW Mystery Ebooks What an absolute satisfying ending for Delaney after all the stress and trouble she d had throughout the book If she d been watching it happen as a TV movie or someone else s problems she might ve laughed her head off at some points since her life lately was pretty much a comedy of errors It was at the point where you didn t dare ask what could possibly still happen I loved the nickname Delaney had for the revenue agent that was was in town so hilarious Especially when I thought about who I was picturing this guy as Now that Delaney doesn t have to worry about a couple former pains in her life it should be smooth truckin from here on out Right I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book and my opinions are my own Mystery Ebooks What an unique and entertaining book I love the whole series I received an Arc from the author but making this review is my own choice Mystery Ebooks Delaney is hip deep in trouble with the IRS and when her accountant winds up dead and her tax info is part of the crime scene Delaney decides the best way to get the IRS collector off her back is to solve the murder herself Can she figure out who offed her accountant before she s headed off to tax prison With equal portions of humor mystery and towing Stiletto to the Pedal is a delightful cozy mystery The characters are unforgettable with a heavy dash of humor The dialogue is snarky and hilarious So don your sleuthing cap and join in the fun. Stiletto to the pedalmaster Let s start with the characters This book is fabulous entertainment thanks to one thing Delaney Her inner thoughts over anything and everything had me hooked She s the new generation of Stephanie Plum I couldn t get enough of her Delaney has special skills that help unravel the mystery and the culprit The rest of the cast is well written and relatable. Stiletto to the pedalyard The mystery subplot is brilliantly written with a couple of fun twists I didn t expect Karen C Whalen writes with a comedic flair but if you take the comedy out you re left with an amateur mystery worth reading I can t overemphasize how remarkable the writing is. Stiletto to the pedalmaster If you re a cozy mystery reader like me and like lots of humor in your cozies Stiletto to the Pedal will make you laugh out loud I loved every minute of it and can t wait to read Delaney adventures.
