But the reader doesn t get to understand the connections that are insinuated as to why a strong mage would give up his chance to go back in time and give it to a random Kiden s clan also has a downfall and they can t use weapons He was kicked out and he is mostly trying to take care of them rather than adventure and get stronger Getting stronger is a matter of getting a better wand and passing a homemade mage creation test essentially That said this was clearly kind of a buildup to where he s trying to go and the novel does end in a place where you understand why his clan is related to why he was sent back and his defeat of a bad guy gives him clues as to his purpose going forward I m just not sure that I want to watch it happened He s seemed to really have already completed his purpose and now he s going to try to save the world I guess I just don t think this really fulfills apocalypse adventure in this installment except at the very beginning This book ends at a place where I wouldn t try to read another book Just because there s no excitement for the next chapter because he s already fulfilled what his personal purpose was Even though an apocalypse is coming in ten years.

Quite goodI really liked this book Great characters lots of action and some humor I really hope there will be . Return of the Wand Mage book 3 Highly recommended Outspan Foster InterestingI think the effort that went into the novel deserves four stars I didn t enjoy a lot of it The premise of the main character going back in time is done differently The main character is a seemingly good person who is sent back after a fight but has no idea what he sent back for and no clue on his purpose going forward for a good 80% of the novel Instead the story is focused in on his family clan which is important this felt like a good end Outspan Foster Not LitRPGDecent story so it gets an extra star above one but zero LitRPG content whatsoever so be aware of that going into the book Outspan Foster
