Wrong number, right bearpecker I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and I am reviewing with my honest and fair opinion English Part of the Dial M For Mates series once you start you won t want to put it down until the last page has ben turned and waiting for the next one Baby kittens leads to so much Alpha Theo is a searcher for treasurer who finds them in some of the weirdest way like digging through garbage which leads him to a box of kittens so he does the logical thing call his friend or so the that never dawned on him he had the wrong number Carlton an omega bear shifter giving a presentation that will help him with his job.

Making him wonder who would be calling him like this most of his friends knew about his presentation and getting annoyed because the keep calling not getting the message when the first call wasn t answered The moment he returns the call he knows he has to get to know Carlton they work together to save the babies but magnetic pull between them can t be ignored especially knowing they are mates do they find homes for all their babies and can they find something than a wrong number English Another great spin off series I thoroughly enjoyed the last series so was looking forward to this new series A great concept of dialling a wrong number which leads to your fated mate I loved how cute this book was especially where Theo mistakenly dials Carlton to rescue a box of adorable kittens A steamy relationship with plenty of light hearted moments but some angst ensues that they work through to give us a lovely hea I liked how Colbie gave us a teaser at the end for the next book in the series.

Wrong Number, Right Bear fantasypros The plot was simple and quick with Carlton and Theo working to get to know each other while they rescued and played with the kittens The kittens were used as a plot device to focus the characters actions around and to give the story a fluffy feel Now the cover and series This book is titled Wrong Number Right Bear It has the same cover as the second book in this series the only difference is the color tone and the model The model is the exact same body but with a different head The title also follows the same sequence as this book Wrong Number Right Dragon That isn t all that bad since it links the stories in the series together The one problem is there s another book that is called Wrong Number Right Wolf that is the second book in the Love Sync Mates series That book has the exact same cover style as the books in this series with the same sort of set up I read the wolf book too I don t understand why the authors inserted it into a different series that it doesn t correlate with All I can think is is since the other book didn t rate as high they decided to keep it in that series and they probably liked the idea of another series based on the idea of Wrong Number Anyway I think it confuses the two series because it makes Right Bear appear like the second book in this current series because it came out after Right Wolf I think it would work best if they removed Wolf from the other series re edit it because it wasn t well written and then insert it into this series later. Book wrong number, right bearer Next the characters Carlton and Theo were interesting than most of the characters from other books in that they had distinct voices Not super different but most of the time I could tell who s pov it was Since Carlton is a bear shifter and in a position of influence at his company I thought he was probably the Alpha Surprise He was an omega The cover conveys a bear and who I m guessing is Carlton Even Carlton s voice is firmer and slower while Theo s voice seemed higher and he tends to be excitable than Carlton which usually in shifter stories conveys an omega Usually the voices remained consistent except in certain cases During sex their tones changed Carlton had the submissive omega voice while Theo was alpha Also during the pregnancy and birth Carlton was submissive and Theo alpha I d say their voices changed half way through the story although they did remain distinct. Wrong number, right bear book 2 I wish the authors had put action and emphasis into the scene when Carlton showed Theo his bear There was some horror on Theo s part but it de escalated too quickly for me I suppose that could be explained away in that Theo sensed that Carlton was his mate so Theo didn t really fear him However I would have preferred action and conflict I noticed again that the authors didn t add much emotion or action into this story It reads like a cleaned up draft without enough description which made it difficult for me to immerse into the plot It was like a narration looking from the outside Here is an example of what I mean This scene is near the beginning when Theo discovers the kittens and takes them to work to show one of his co workers. Wrong number, right bear book 2 Co Worker People really do that She was every bit as appalled as I was That conversation is absent of strong emotional horror or surprise It s flat I would imagine most people including myself would react with a Big Gasp Oh no the poor little kittens How could anyone do such a thing to these sweet babies Then reach in to either pet them or lift one out And then baby talk Instead it s written as she was appalled No connection no emotion just telling a flat comment This is often the style of writing in this book and many others by these authors so it comes across as telling and doesn t pull me into the story or the characters. Wrong number, right bear book lyrics Overall Wrong Number Right Bear is better written than the other first book Right Wolf I liked that Theo and Carlton s voices are distinct until they start to have sex and Carlton gets pregnant then their tone of voices switch I also liked Carlton s conversations with his bear those were funny I give this book 3 Stars It should have had emotion action and descriptions. Wrong number, right bear book review I read stories to get to know the characters and you don t get to know them without conflict I ve read some good stories by these authors but they write a lot of stories and no conflict seems to be a regular problem so I won t be finishing this one to find out if a conflict eventually develops English I don t trust these authors any It s like they re writing just to get their ideas down without even bothering to read them themselves How do these kind of books get published seriously Don t they realize how ridiculous they are I mean even for fated mates it s still way too ridiculous Taking home a literal complete stranger and so on It s just It blows my mind how ridiculous it is I ve tried the first of Omegas of Animals I ve tried this one I literally couldn t read than a few pages maybe like 2 chapters and I just couldn t any I adore MM books and fated mates and mpreg and totally adore ridiculously sappy mushy romance Like B. Wrong number, right bear book 2 can t read and they feel ridiculous to me in a bad way I m not very good with words so I don t actually have an idea of how to describe how these books make me feel I feel like Lorelei M Hart just stopped caring and started making the books and rushed and ridiculously bad Alpha Kissed Mapleville Omegas Royal Heat I adore those Then it started getting bad I don t know what time these were published in what order but The first few of the The Dates of Our Lives series were also pretty awesome Then I started reading Matched to His Hawk and it just It didn t feel right It annoyed me and made me huff and I just couldn t finish it any It was the same with Male Order Mates I think I finished The Brooding Bear s Omega though I m not quite sure because it was quite a while ago But after that I just couldn t go on And it made me really sad because I was so curious about some of the characters that I saw got their own book but I justcouldn t get to them Especially Omegas of Animals They re just sough That s a good word to say how they make me feel I m sure they re great books and those 3 series I adored makes it obvious Lorelei M Hart is a great author Colbie Dunbar I haven t actually read any of her books but I just wish they d stop making things so rushed and I get that the books are shorter but there s way to not make it feel rushed And not making them ugh any And I m probably gonna be cursed out and called mean and such by fans I don t mean to be offensive or anything of the sort It s my personal opinion and I have the right to it I just had to put down my frustration because I really wanted to read all the other books and meet the other characters and see their happy endings and I justit makes me sad that I can t because I can t get past the ugh and connect with them English
