Does Cooper have the courage to finally tell Paisley how he feels I liked this book The characters are well written and likeable I really enjoyed the interactions between Paisley and Hannah They are two close friends that have kept the friendship strong over the years The only downside of this book is the way the farm chores and animal interactions are portrayed I grew up on a cattle farm so it s a little tough to read the glossed over version of farm life. The characters are portrayed as reliable and engaging The intense emotions between Cooper and Paisley and the gradual development of their romance are well depicted The interactions between Paisley and Hannah are also noteworthy and the steady pace of the book is appreciated However I found myself wanting dramatic confrontations between Cooper and Paisley by the end The simple language makes it an enjoyable read but I personally couldn t relate to the characters While Paisley and Cooper are described as attractive and capable I felt that something was missing and their eventual confrontation seemed slightly anticlimactic Nonetheless the book remains a satisfying read Dancing with My Best Friend s Twin Hearts on the Horizon
