A great book to communicate to young readers that they aren t just a soul trapped in a body their body is them and their body is good The writing is clear simple and accomplishes what it sets out to do Especially the tie in to the Holy Eucharist The illustrations are warm and fun too I wish the illustrations featured a couple characters that reflected disabled bodies but otherwise this is a wonderful book Highly recommend for parents with young boys and there s a version for girls too 24
