This story is a great usage of the bi awakening and forced proximity tropes Jack is a successful owner of an AI company who is excited about breaking into the European markets than he is with fixing his marriage At some point he drifted away from his wife and now it is facing the reality of divorce and what to do with the rest of his life He chooses Paul a solid if unambitious designer to accompany him to ensure the London office opens smoothly and gets off to a good start Paul is in the position where he enjoys his job and is good at it but he doesn t have the killer instinct needed to get ahead Their London accommodations are closer than they intended and the formerly straight men are soon falling for each other But are they able to deal with the challenges that are waiting for them back in the US This is a fantastic rom com type story complete with epic groveling and a HEA that will make you smile 281 Jack is the owner and CEO of an AI company and Paul is the loyal dedicated worker who s always getting passed over for promotion then Jacl offers him a chance to do something different that allows him to keep doing what he s good at just in London Both men find themselves attracted to the other but it takes Jack longer given he s in the midst of a divorce and has always considered himself straight to recognize the feelings growing inside him Sweet and angsty the story feels slow paced even though their relationship blooms over two weeks It was okay though I found Jack to be less than I prefer a man his age to act I wasn t a fan of the break up either because it felt forced They could have avoided the pain of their separation with even one question The details about London were lovely but like other descriptions in the story overdone after a while 281 Aiden Wilde gives us the third book in this series but each can be read alone This time we have Jack the owner of a tech company who is getting divorced after 16 years He works all the time and avoids feelings His company is opening a new office in London and he finds Paul a very bright young guy in his NYC office and invites him to come to London to help with the roll out Paul has been feeling iffy about his career and hopes this will help They make friends while living together in an apartment and exploring the city Then their friendship turns into attraction and love I really loved these two and how the author makes them so real The whole thing is lovely but someone in the office spreads a rumor and the trust between Paul and Jack is broken Paul goes back to NYC and cuts Paul off We get our third act grand gesture and all is well The moral of this story is that it s the person one loves not just the anatomy There is a refreshing absence of labels. Book Someone To trusted I received an ARC via BookSirens and left this review voluntarily 281 MM Dual Pov Boss Employee Bi Awakening Contemporary SLOWburn Paul a 29 year old AI corporate employee is walking through life without really experiencing life its self All of his dreams are out of his reach until he gets a London project offer from the owner of his company Jack a 42 year old married AI corporate business owner receives life altering news his wife wants a divorce Jack is a workaholic that built his business from the ground up but wants something greater in his life Paul and Jack begin the get to know you phase of their friendship en route to London Once they are in London sharing the flat the closeness further develops The author does an incredible job with world and scene building like there is not a single detail omitted however that also lead into pacing issues Additionally The word cool was used 50 times and its was just odd I received an advance review copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily 281 One of my favorite tropes GFY This is the story of two men who are both straight Jack is the big boss owner of the company who is going through a divorce He s a real man s man 6 4 deep voice firm handshake a real man Paul is an employee who is liked by all but not really moving up the corporate ladder He is asked to go to the London office with Jack to help open the office and assist the new employees in getting settled Jack and Paul share an apartment in London what was supposed to be a 2 bedroom but only a 1 bedroom was available The one bed trope Not really Jack sleeps on the couch But over time they become friends and get closer and there is an attraction on both sides Such a sweet love story And loved the ending when Jack finally decides to go for it and go after what he wants 281 
Tags opposites attract artist and billionaire easy to read no cliffhangerThe book is a slow paced story of a relationship gradually transforming from professional to friendship and love After reading the previous two novels by Aiden Wilde this one left me with mixed feelings The author maintains his engaging eloquent and fluent writing style and provides a vivid and detailed account of the surroundings and daily activities However the narrative lacks deep insight into the characters personalities and emotions. How to fully trust someone Though the external development of the relationship between Jack and Paul is described in detail their emotional reactions and thoughts are too vague Consequently the attraction between Jack and Paul appears weak missing chemistry and passion. Someone To Trust booking The story follows Jack and Paul on their journey of self discovery mistakes and dreams Jack a billionaire divorcing his wife of fifteen years is self confident successful and ambitious and the owner of a company where Paul works Paul is Jack s opposite artsy quiet nice and cute When they spend time together on a several week long business trip to London they are forced to re evaluate their identities and face life changing truths about themselves We observe both of them facing accepting and managing the challenges of their feelings for each other fear of the unknown and starting something profoundly new. Book Someone To trustco Frankly I struggled through the first half of the story because of the overly descriptive narrative focusing on the exterior rather than emotions However the last part of the book with Jack and Paul s profound emotional turmoil and the overall eloquent and fluent writing makes it worth the read and deserving of a 4 star rating. Contemporary Someone To trustone I found myself smiling and laughing through this book and feeling like I was first in New York then in London with Paul and Jack Aiden Wilde really knows how to write a scene Everything was just so vivid This might be my favorite book in the series so far Paul s and Jack s friendship and eventual relationship felt genuine and real I wish I could have spent time with them. Someone To trustar federal Both men feel drawn to each other both of them are straight Jack is in the process of a divorce from Emma his wife of 15 years Paul does find some men attractive but he s never done anything about it Now here in London sharing his living quarters with Jack his dream type if he was asked he can t help himself One night eyes meet they sense and admit there is something happening between them and then they let it No sleeping on the sofa then Everything is wonderful great fun after works with new colleagues visiting pubs restaurants etc Visiting the sights together. Someone To trustfax Then a colleague drops some office gossip to Paul about Jack and an employee at his office base in Chicago Paul feels shocked and disbelieving I loved that he was brave enough to ask Jack when they got home that night Jack is hurt that Paul didn t trust him enough and that was the start of the downward spiral That and mid night phone calls from Emma to Jack Without much ado Paul hightails it back to NYC and hands in his notice He also blocked Jack s phone calls. Someone To Trust book It was so enjoyable watching these two men getting to know each other and finding what they really wanted in their life in their person Jack explained it so beautifully to Paul This was a short read and I was happy with the relatively slow pace their relationship developed but it packed plenty of good stuff Jack took such great care of Paul they are so meant to be together once they realised they weren t as straight as they thought they were I liked being third wheel on their walkabouts round the sites of London and enjoying each other s company. Someone To trustee This was balm on my battered heart this week I connected with both MC s who worked hard for their HEA I m happy to see that there is another book in the pipeline in this series Don t Fall In Love With Me I ve read some of Aiden Wilde s other work and I feel he brings something extra to his scenes of MM intimacies.
