Book Fractured souls I haven t read many books with DID represented but I think the author did an excellent job of writing about it I like all personalities They were all great and I loved every interaction between them Just imagine the cartoon Inside Out but instead of emotions we see personalities talking to each other in the back of her consciousness I m not broken I m breaking free At first I wasn t really into the fact that the author chose Japan for the setting but as the story progressed it fit I m not an expert in this area but I hear cases of runaways being lured coerced or forced into prostitution in Japan are quite high these days Making foreigners the perpetrators also makes sense because Japan is a major destination source and transit country for it.
