I too have know the frustration when weekend plans turn into a day of chores This book had me teared up by the end Such a beautiful story with great illustrations Highly recommend for ages 5 6 Thank you for the early reader electronic copy of this text 40 I had the wonderful honor of receiving the digital copy of this book before its release and oh my gosh what a beautiful story Everything from the art style down to the writing gives you such a warm feeling of familiarity and nostalgia Growing up in my house we used to listen to Jesse Cook when we cleaned which felt like such a connection to our Hispanic heratige so it s incredible that this story managed to capture such a universal experience in such a beautiful way Even as adults.
