This book took the readers from dark romance to horror so seamlessly that emotions were blurred should I feel on edge from fear or something else or a blend of the two C Hebert does such a great job of pulling in the readers and then taking them on a ride I loved that this dark romance had suspenseful overtones with the ghost hunting and a modern twist on folklore The only reason that I am not giving this book a 5 star rating is that I wish time had been spent explaining and expanding on the folklore I think that this left some questions unanswered but the book was still a great read and in no material way detracted from the plot arc or characters.
