Trapped dayseeker tour Everything starts to go wrong with a flash of light in Washington cars electronics just stop working Unfortunately for the rest of America there is no time to warn anyone or contact loved ones Phone calls go unanswered messages unheard when everything comes to a grinding halt Shannon is about to unload at a Supercenter Warehouse when everything goes dark and she ends up trapped in an increasingly tense situation with other truckers and shoppers At first people push and shove to get to the exits but somehow the storm shutters are triggered and come down sealing people inside the Supercenter Warehouse The manager is Noah Mochire and his thoughts are all about the business no one should have anything they cannot pay cash for be that food water or medical supplies Theres plenty of arguing and bickering kids are tired hungry and restless and basically everyone has had enough so Shannon channels her biker days with the black rats and silences everyone shouting enough then she takes Noah Mochire to task and a system for feeding people and living in the Supercenter Warehouse is organised When Hank Nilsen dies mysteriously Bill Connor Shannon deal with the body and talk about escaping the building sooner rather than later all eager to distance themselves from an unstable self appointed guard security Barney Langmaid with a gun Andre Atkinson starts his day out like any other is in his cell reading a book and almost gleefully intimidating his cell mate when all the lights go off His immediate thoughts are of chaos escape He isn t sure how he is going to even get out of his cell but he is content enough to take his time to come with the perfect plan to escape prison Then he knows exactly what he is going to do make his ex wife pay for putting him in prison When Dennis is attacked on his journey by Martin as he desperately wants the car Dennis has to get him his wife Rita diabetic daughter Nancy back to their home Despite being attacked Dennis still cannot help himself and offers them a lift to nearest town pharmacy for insulin Martin refuses determined he wants the car to get to their home nowhere else will do Dennis manages to overpower Martin and driveaway but Martin shoots at the car puncturing a tire causing car to crash making it unusable by anyone Dennis slips in and out of consciousness and wallows a little almost giving up on reaching Kim and then his marines attitude kicks in once again he is determined to get to Kim. Trapped daysky Shannon is a long haul trucker who is in Witness Protection after turning on her gangster husband who although now in prison for life has a long reach With a new identity Shannon has been separated from her daughter and her family for 5 years now but has made sure that her daughter at least is safe courtesy of Dennis a US Marshal and her handler.
Fiction Trapped daystar But events are conspiring to put all of that in jeopardy Dennis has been desperately trying to contact Shannon because his bosses have deemed him unfit to work and replaced him with another Marshal one that neither Shannon nor her daughter Kim know Shannon is far far away from her daughter and has not been in contact with Dennis when a catastrophic event traps her in a supercentre where she had just stopped to make a delivery Everything electronic dies all at once trapping everyone in the massive store think Costco on steroids and with no outside contact everyone has to either pull together or fall apart into anarchy Shannon along with a few other level headed people attempts to keep a lid on things while dealing with an officious store manager a paranoid prepper and her fears for her daughter She must find a way out of this situation and get back to Kim.

Book Trapped days gone I thoroughly enjoyed this book and cannot wait for the subsequent instalments Grace Hamilton This is probably the book from Grace Hamilton that I liked the most the story takes place a little before and during an EMP and our main character Shannon is a strong woman I don t know if I would have the strength to do what she did she is under the government protection after going clean about her ex and after getting some lights on how Andre her ex husband is I know for sure she is brave than many out there when the EMP hits Shannon was in the middle of a delivery and gets stuck inside a big shop with many other people from store employees to patrons and others truckers and believe me things can always get messy yeah with all that is wrong in the world there s still people to make it worse I do like how Shannon bonds with people even with all the reasons she has to distrust people my low with this book is Dennis he was the Marshall that was supposed to be the bridge between Shannon and her daughter Kim since after Shannon came clean about her Ex business she had to go into protection and basically leave her life behind but he has a doctor house problem he is addicted to Vicodin and was basically fired before the book even started for a drug addicted he kind of trusts people too much.
