Really enjoyed this first book in a new series Loved the quirky characters great mish mash of supernaturals Mystery Great book This is the beginning of a new series by Courtney McFarlin So far it looks like a winner I love all of the characters Mystery I really liked this motley crew of magical friends and townspeople It was cool how the whole town was paranormal so they didn t have to worry about non magical people seeing things they shouldn t I was sure one character was definitely good and I was right There wasn t really any way to ve known who was behind it all but there was a big old paranormal fight to be had and I think there ll always be somewhat of an ongoing mystery or conflict I m not big on books with nasty creatures like they battled and it wasn t that long but I m still willing to read the next book because I absolutely like the characters and Penny the cat who s not actually a cat lol She cracked me so much with her snark Mystery
