I didn t see the ending coming and it was a lot bittersweet than I was expecting It was extremely satisfying to see everyone s favorite villain they love to hate finally get his comeuppance and even so that it came at the price of him becoming a pawn in a higher power s plan And seeing him being berated by the ghost of the one person he wanted to make proud of him Sweet satisfaction I loved the ending to Crow and Moth s personal story and nearly cheered when Reve made her reappearance especially when a certain revelation was made about a personal development for her since the end of book 2 Overall.

Shattered fatene Well now that is a solid conclusion I find the end of series are always so hard but I think the author really nailed this one It does everything a finale should do wraps up the plot points gives our characters a satisfying emotional payoff and gives a bookend to the world.
