Site_link post a commentI read this book twice This is the author s first book and he has an interesting narrative A fictional tale based on an actual event Some chapters stood out in their descriptive style and humour An interesting slant on how history and events can be re written to suit the political landscape Although the story does at times need the reader to go with it rather than question the likelihood of all this ever happening again it is a powerful reminder of the past fate of ordinary people in the hands of a ruthless dictator Glad everyone in this version got a second chance Would happily recommend this book Turn Out the Lights You think therefore you die
