Particularly the lonely girl The romance is really sweet which any one who knows me knows normally this isn t something I instantly fall for but in this case I did I highly recommend to fans of a slice of life and romance manga But even if your tastes aren t in those genres please give this ago I adored it and can t wait to find out Manga The artworks nice and it s A super cute story I like how The relationship is kinda developing and it s not just instant love I like how it s taking its time to develop the feelings between the two characters I m looking forward to see where the relationship goes Manga 3. 5 starsTW Dubcon depiction on consentI was pretty unsure with this one The premise seems like pretty interesting idea.
Quintessential good girl Sakurai finds herself trapped in the middle of a bribery scheme Her teacher offers to write a recommendation letter in exchange for luring a truant student into attendance Sakurai pins down the reclusive transfer student Honda but there are strings attached Honda demands that Sakurai grant one wish every day The first wish is a kiss and Sakurai finds herself feeling very eager to please I Can t Say No to the Lonely Girl Vol 13. 5 StarsThank you to Netgalley and Kodansha for my review copy This was unexpected it s been a while since I read any yuri manga and I Can t Say No to the Lonely Girl is surprisingly wholesome It s tropy and cute but I liked that the story has an obvious deeper level we don t learn a lot about Honda but I imagine that ll come in later volumes My main gripe was the teacher and weirdly the font choice Manga TW There is some slight non con contentWhen good girl Sakurai gets saddled with getting the truant new girl Honda to attend school in return for a recommendation from her teacher the pair end up embarking on a business friendship where Honda agrees to come to school if Sakurai does her a favour every day As a consequence sapphic tension arises I adored this I don t read much manga but this was such a sweet story and a really good volume one I ll definitely keep an eye out for future volumes to see how the story progresses Thank you to Netgally and Kodansha Comics for a free arc in exchange for an honest review Manga It s been a long time since I read a romance manga especially a yuri one but I have to say Lonely Girl was such a cute read and I instantly was hooked I m most definitely getting physical copies of the volumes The Art is really sweet and I loved the characters the cover was intriguing yet a little concerning I was not disappointed The sweet romance between the girls blooms was so tender I would have done away with the dubcon aspect that happened in the beginning It was odd that the teacher had asked the main character to bring the love interest to school in order to get a high rank for any university that she wants to get into Overall this was worth the read Manga
