Pretty good start I hate cliffhanger endings but thankfully book two is out and seems to continue exactly where this one leaves off Runic Lord A Harem Fantasy Master Of Runes Book 1 Great book meh at best endingThis book was a lot of fun It was the perfect book for a quiet day at home The problem is that the ending was terrible So you may want to wait until the next one is released before you get involved in this series assuming of course there will be a sequel Recommended but with a caveat Runic Lord A Harem Fantasy Master Of Runes Book 1 This book is pretty good I ve apparently read it before but didn t recall it or didn t rate it for some reason. Runic Lord bookworm The MC is a landscaper who finds a weird piece of glass that fascinates him while he and his partner are digging up old shrubs Taking it home he finally puts it to the back of his hand and sees a portal open A portal he walks through and ends up in another world inside a glass cylinder From there his adventures begin. Book Runic lord The MC is just OK There is nothing about him that stands out and his being on this new world makes him a possible Runic Lord someone who can eventually learn how to sing all of the dead runic languages He has small moments but nothing really makes me dig him as the hero of the story. Runic Lord epublishing The women in the story are fine but don t stand out a ton There s a fox girl he first meets and then rescues after arriving and she is the sole harem member by the end of the book There are others but whether or not they will eventually join is unknown. Runic Lord booklet The world building is not bad but there is so much that is unknown to the existing characters that have always lived on this world that it makes the story seem a little dull The plot works but not great.
