So he claimed the marriage was just a way for the debt to be fulfilled He was protective and caring of Hannah when he didn t need to be These two truly were stubborn with their feelings and emotions Hannah didn t want to get hurt if Dalton was to leave her so she pushed him away Dalton didn t want to acknowledge how he truly felt Finally they both decided a risk was worth taking and made the leap of faith into each others arms I have definitely become a fan of Shalene Marie s and will be reading all of her books Shalene Marie Shalene Marie has done it once again This is another awesome story It had me gripping my seat and turning the pages I absolutely loved it I cannot wait to read the next book on this wonderful family and hopefully find out about Dalton and Hannah The action and suspense in this story was definitely holding me hostage The characters were very belivable and very well developed I felt as though I was apart of the family I cried with their sorrows and overcome with tears of joy I laughed at some of their antics The battles each had in their own minds were very realistic ones The torment their emotions went through tore my very soul I will not give away this story but just to tell you it is a must read You will not be disappointed Thank you again Shalene Marie for another wonderful and entertaining read Shalene Marie I can not say enough good things about this story Excellently written.

And the twist I did not see coming 10 out of 10 recommend this book to all Shalene Marie I was very lucky to receive a copy of this amazing book for an honest review All I can start by saying is WOW Shalene once again has left me speechless I have been very fortunate to be able to review Shalene other books and just like the prior books this one wasn t a disappointment Stranger s Vow A Blake Family Novel by Shalene MarieTo be honest has been one of my favorite and very well written book The love story of Hannah and Dalton Dalton takes what he wants and he goes for it He is strong and is not afraid of anything or anyone Hannah is a very strong character and she is my favorite Hannah is what every woman should be.

A Stranger s Vow is a Western Historical romance I don t usually read this type of genre but took a chance and absolutely loved it Shalene Marie is amazing at her writing style and storytelling Hannah truly was a remarkable woman She knew she needed to get her brother and herself away from her stepfather but the only way to do that was to find a husband She wasn t going to let anything stop her from accomplishing this goal She truly showed a lot of strength by venturing into the world by herself and sacrificing any of her dreams so she could keep her brother safe Her devotion to her loved ones was one of her stronger characteristics Dalton was so much better than I thought he would be He claims he isn t going to settle down for quite a while but yet at almost the first opportunity he proposes marriage to Hannah He is left for dead on the side of the road and Hannah helps him get the medical help he needs He felt obligated to help Hannah with her stepfather but I don t fully believe that was the only reason he said they should get married I believe he fell in love with her quite quickly but he didn t want to acknowledge his true feelings weaving a story that captivates you Pulling you into the past and holding your heart in a vice grip the whole time I did not put this book down It gave me all the feelings Great characters full of drama passionate scenessomeone that knows where she is going and what she wants Very independent and strong personality She loves her family and they come first Before anything She doesn t take any nonsense from anyone who is trying to hurt her or her family They are the perfect couple very much alike and very different in certain aspects She won t give in to his demands since I read an Historical book I m definitely missing a lot I m definitely reading of her books Dalton and Hannah This book has a lot strong willed Women danger stepfather protector mystery fake marriage had me gripping in my seat turning the pages entertaining unpredictable action wonderful characters believable characters cry tears of joy and sadness Western Historical romance stubborn people feelings emotions page turner and so much I m definitely putting this on my reread list I totally Recommend this book to everyone A Must Read Shalene Marie Shalene Marie was born in Wisconsin in the heart of the Fox Valley She enjoys living in the Dairy State with a sassy feline named Garfield Family and friends are important to her and she appreciates the support they offer without question In her free time she is likely to pick up a good book or watch a movie Her favorite genre s include romance mystery horror and comedy She has been writing for many years but finally made the transition to self publishing in 2023.
