I didn t enjoy Second Chance for a Broken Billionaire as much as I d hoped to unfortunately I didn t enjoy Duncan s character He was pushy and not in an endearing way The romance aspect was missing focusing on the sexual one There s to a relationship than Duncan knowing Lidia s the one then wearing her down I had high hopes for Duncan s story but the story fell flat for me. I appreciate the hard work put into the book by the author and I know my opinion doesn t coincide with other reviews So please if this book sounds interesting to you grab a copy Just because it didn t work for me doesn t mean you won t enjoy the story. I was provided a copy of this book Second Chance for a Broken Billionaire The Recipe For Healing Pain is Love Duncan had given up on love after his divorce but he seemed to find a new lease on life from the moment he met Lidia However getting Lidia to give him the time of day proved to be a difficult undertaking so he sought help from others Unfortunately just as they settled into their relationship Lidia discovered Duncan had been keeping a secret from her which made her question their relationship as it brought back the pain from her past Luckily Duncan was able to convince Lidia to give him another chance so they could get the happily ever after they both craved. This was a remarkable story about two people unexpectedly finding love again after betrayal with an addictive storyline and intense chemistry between the characters that had me hooked from the beginning until the end This is the first book that I have read from this author and it definitely won t be the last.
