But we get some really great build up I was anxious about what was going to go down because there were a few ways this could go Then at 60% this went full throttle and did not let up I was not ready for the pace change and it took me out of the story and I couldn t quite grasp onto Tokyo changing from weary and ready to keep Angel a secret for fear of his father s wrath to being ready to burn the world to the ground What Tokyo has been through is the epitome of trauma and I just couldn t buy the sudden shift I think if the pacing had had a gradual build up it would have worked better for me I get that this duo is known for some OTT and crazy themes.

How to make a good cv with no experience pdf This was a pretty good story It was less focused on motorcycle club Mafia life which I don t know whether I liked or not I m undecided LOL The characters were complex There was a lot of plot going on I like The supporting cast of background characters Nia was a fresh addition love a great female character Angel and Tokyo had an intense connection and I liked the reluctant feelings sneaking in to their relationship I have a thing where I don t like unequal relationships and power dynamics so I actually love the micro trope of we re just hooking up and feelings creep in equally at the same time for both of them I m curious about Angel s twin brother Demon he sounds like a quirky character I d like to see his book. Terrible horrible no good very bad day book There were some things that I didn t like mostly mild annoyances Why did the authors to have Tokyo name himself Tokyo The character sounded like a white man to me so him picking this name didn t sit well with me It was like fetishism appropriating a name to be edgy a type of racism After Tokyo and Angel hook up for the first time why did the authors choose to have Tokyo be an ass and say that he had a line of people waiting to be next It was so unnecessary It later seemed out of character too and it served no purpose but to piss off the reader There were a fair number of typos where the wrong word was used Sometimes I knew what the right word was e. No good horses g seethed should have been sheathed but other times I couldn t figure out what the author actually meant to say I just knew that based on the meaning of the word there was no way it was the right word I think the authors waited too long to have Tokyo find out deep things about Angel like what he does for a living his past his role family in the motorcycle club It wasn t until after the 60% mark which is too far along in the book for Tokyo to only know superficial things about Angel Yeah some of Angel s personality and values are conveyed via moments Angel and Tokyo had but there s a lot to be conveyed Angel is a complex person who s been through a lot It just makes their connection seem fragile and the feelings that they ve developed so far seem inconsequential because Tokyo doesn t really know Angel as a person And Angel hasn t trusted Tokyo enough to share. Book no good very bad day Please check the TWs for this one there is a lot of darkness in this inc some slurs and religioushomophobia I have put this here and not hidden because whilst this book has the prettiest pink cover and the main character is called Angel the darkness is detailed and is distressing Personal safety first If you need details pls ask We met Angel in Bad Habit FKA Trouble and he is a lil tattooed blonde demon he s also a twin and his twins name is actually Demon and actually I worship him who is part of the gang with Caleb Tokyo is a Hollywood movie star and they stumble upon each other and spend some time together These two are HOT together The spice from Brea Skyler is always top tier but this was something else I was melting away at some points and it was SO GOOOOD From the very first time there is so much chemistry between these Angel and Tokyo They plan for this to be a one and done but really immediately that was not part of the plan As much as they tried they couldn t keep it casual and couldn t stay away from each other The directions this book took surprised me each time full of suspense and rooting for these two to get together and have the happiest HEA ever tbh They both grow so much emotionally and I love a book where violence is used instead of therapy okay and the violence in this was NECESSARY really if anything there could have been . No time to say goodbye book I loved the side characters in this I love Demon so much His first meeting with Tokyo had me cackling and I cannot wait for his book Tony shows his face and I love him too I love all the psycho fictional men.
