Book Promise Me, Lord heartwood mn The ending of a series is always bittersweet for me as I get to see characters grow and go through so much and then have to say goodbye to them I honestly don t know if having such a beautiful ending to the love story of Micah and Andrew made that easier or harder but it did make me want to read through their story from the beginning again And with the combination of artwork and artful metaphors tied to the content and themes of the story reading it all together as say an omnibus edition sounds perfect. Promise Me, Lord Heartwood pdf Promise Me lets us see just how far the characters have come since Deny Me with Micah in charge and using his powers for good and honestly a bit scary and Andrew and Micah actually communicating openly finally Their psychological issues are still there but coped with in very real ways. Book Promise Me, Lord heartwood i will We also get to see a lot of Fionna who was introduced in book 2 and how she fits into what becomes a story of found family We even get to see a bit of Ingrid and Chamomile s relationship though there s a lot there that deserves its own story. Book Promise Me, Lord heartwood i will As always seems to be the case I would have preferred the story be longer especially the wedding that was built up to but I understand that added length may have turned off some readers And while I didn t feel as much of a range of emotions as Rend Me viewing Promise Me in the context of the end of the series rather than a standalone book brings a sense of relief and hope as the story comes full circle while still emphasizing the changes from the journey.
