I think that this is the author s debut book Not really sure but I can t find anything else by them so that would be my guess If it is a debut book I hope that the author takes reviews into consideration and uses what is written to grow and develop their writing skills I will be curious to see how others will review it I have read three other debut books this year so far One I knew was a 5 star within the first 10 pages and it definitely was The other two had some some minor issues that I am sure will be ironed out with practice but I still gave them 4 stars because they did have a good believable plot characters you could latch onto and good character development throughout the book action WOW moments and emotions and chemistry rolling off the page This one had none of that and then there were the numerous grammar errors on top Even though I wasn t that impressed by the writing I would have still given this book at least a three if it weren t for the grammar errors and the misssing and misued words in sentences lack of believable plot and characters that were not only unlikable but unbelievable So I give this a 2 because I did read it and didn t dnf it But I won t be doing that again with this author unless I read a LOT of good reviews on future work English
