WOW This was such an amazing story I didn t know what to expect being a paranormal story but it exceeded my expectations The author has an absolute glorious imagination I read this in about two days It s certainly a page turner I loved the storyline and that we could get inside the heart and minds of each the characters because they had center stage for awhile The story was definitely relatable and had such a surprise ending Kindle Edition So first off the cover of this book is amazing Beyond gorgeous in my opinion That said if I m right I think this is the first book this author has written and published Debut novel If that s the case which I think it is I can understand and give some leeway for the book not starting out super awesome In the beginning it felt like it was being narrated by a young person just giving part of the details of events Felt a bit juvenile for lack of a better word HOWEVER I stuck with it and once the story got to the point where they purchased this farm and odd things began to happen I quickly got sucked into the story I wanted to know what tragic past surrounded this farm and how far things would go before Solange could find some type of resolution It was a bittersweet story overall but I enjoyed seeing how the paranormal aspect affected those who now lived at the farm and how everything ended Kindle Edition Wow I could not put this book down I cried with Solange and felt all the emotions she had so much of this story aligned with my own past all except the original owners Definitely can step into this story Amazing read by a first time author Kindle Edition This was a fun quick read with a lot of relatable elements I also loved some of the spooky imagery My only issue is that there was a lot of exposition However I also struggle with a lot of exposition on my writing so I totally get it Buuuuut there is also nothing wrong with a lot of that I think it s part of the modern style.
