Stone Feather fangjia I ve posted my review of Stone Feather Fang on my blog link here Check it out I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review 393 As a multi genre reader I really enjoyed getting an ARC of STONE FEATHER FANG The protagonist Hildy was relatable and inspiring The writing itself was well executed As a biracial author myself and half Puerto Rican I loved the mythology and vibrant cultural heritage within this book Her role as a young spiritual leader was inspiring This was an entertaining read that explored themes of identity destiny and the power of one s heritage. Stone Feather fangjia I give this book five stars and it is a must read for anyone who loves YA fantasy stories where culture and personal transformation intertwine I was given an Advance Reader Copy ARC in exchange for an honest review 393 I enjoyed this book a lot Being able to read a fantasy book that was inspired my native Puerto Rico and the Taino people was a pleasant experience It made the book feel familiar especially since the author made reference to my hometown that had me smiling when I read it It does start a little slow and there were some little hiccups that took me out the story at times but once the story picks up the pace it s a really fun read I can t wait to read the next installments 393 I had the privilege of receiving an advanced reader s copy and adored STONE FEATHER FANG Inspired by Puerto Rican mythology and Lord of the Rings STONE FEATHER FANG is the first in an exciting trilogy and an instant classic that readers will be enjoying for years to come.
