Paranormal This one is so good This was a lot different than what i was expecting I very much enjoyed this read and i was thoroughly entertained The plot was simple and fun to follow I loved the setting of the cabin in the woods I think the development of these two characters is explored to perfect Its 100% believable and very much accurate to their person Seeing Reyna accept some love and help and then seeing Violet become who she is Violet changing into a confident full version was my favorite part There are also so many sweet moments The aftercare is just so sweet every time So many cuddles and kisses and playing with shirts I mean seriously It was so soft Somehow it was darker than book one though The BDSM is also in full effect here super spicyI truly was invested in Violets plot The way she started out as this mega ice queen who had to be perfect vs who she was at the end was an astounding difference I only wish er saw of it at the end But seeing Violet in the cabin with Reyna made me flutter Now Reyna s story is just as much about healing as Violets is but shown in a different way Not each person experiences a trauma and heals the same way which I think this book did an excellent way of exploring and showing that Overall it is a great book with multiple layers and great spice Romance.

It can take time to feel proud of who you are Violet Kane is perfect At least that s what people are supposed to think She has the perfect career the perfect presentation and until recently she was engaged to the perfect man To everyone around her she s perfectly happy But pretending to be happy is difficult when you re breaking apart at the seams Be it with eighty hour work weeks nicotine dependency or dark thoughts of just ending it all Violet has used nearly every tool available to maintain her performance If only Violet could trust someone to take that desperate control away To let her turn off Something is hunting Reyna Alvarez and though she knows what it is it doesn t make it any easier to deal with When she contacts the Court of Chains for help she is confined to a secluded forest cabin for her protection But hiding and submitting isn t in the nature of a Pride fiend So when a beautiful stressed out high strung woman appears at her cozy prison Reyna proposes a practical arrangement If Violet Kane were around on her knees no less isolation might even be fun A Little Sin is a lesbian romance that depicts the highs and lows of coming out later in life and learning to live for yourself rather than someone else s expectations A Little Sin Court of Chains 3 I m in a bit of a book hangover after finishing this wonderful book Very well written it had me in its clutches from start to finish feeling all the feels Phew Dual POV s give us depth and insight into our MCs Violet is Blake s twin sister and human Reyna is a lesser Pride fiend Due to a hex placed on her Reyna joins the Court of Chains and they have her isolate in a cabin in the woods with only two Chains guards to visit one being Blake Violet covers herself in a perfect mask to survive in a ruthless world and really only drops some of those walls when around her sister Reyna and Violet meet because Violet tracks her sister s phone to find her when Blake doesn t show for their meeting Naturally she shows up at the cabin where no one is supposed to know about Well don t they just connect and make an arrangement to help them both The Pride fiend needing willing submission and the human needing to submit and turn off her mind for a bit Although a standalone story they are all connected so we get to hear from previous characters and goings on from the Court and the high rise Definitely found family vibes Rawnie Sabor is a favorite author beautiful writing with intriguing characters and world along with storylines that have you invested from the start Highly highly recommend Romance Gay and Lesbian Paranormal Humility is a Virtue A BDSM dynamic with a Pride fiend as the Dom I mean could it get any better Spoiler alert it does I loved Rawnie s other dark sapphic romance and this one was just as good You ll fall in love with the power dynamic between Reyna and Violet and the sweetness will have you smiling the whole time Also there s plenty of play and praise and the club scene is not one you ll want to miss wink Violet is poised and in control all the time she s perfected the ice queen persona Mix in some mommy issues and you have a recipe for a disaster of self esteem Violets coming out story is filled with repressed emotions shame and the constant feeling of not being good enough There s so much to her character and I think Rawnie was able to really dive into Violet s psyche to explain why she is the way she is Reyna the pride fiend needs sustenance and the one ready to provide is Violet What better way than through submission I loved Reyna s character She s confident cocky and a flannel wearing butch There s a softness there too but you ll need to read the story to really appreciate the depth of her character I highly recommend this story if you enjoy a BDSM dynamic filled with submission a healthy dose of kink self discovery and plenty of toys Romance Gay and Lesbian Paranormal Oh my This is probably the best representation of BDSM I ve read since Sunstone and damn it was hot and a good story to boot Most sapphic romances tread water in BDSM Lite some silk scarves here some yes Mistress there This book goes all in and explains the Dom Sub relationship well and how it s than just sex This is the 3rd book in the Court of Chains series but all the books can be read standalone In this one we have a lesser Fiend Reyna half demon half human and a human Violet who strike up a relationship of supposed practicality but end up catching real feelings because of course they do I loved seeing Violet bloom and grow beyond the self imposed prison she made Biggest knit there is an ever looming threat after Reyna that hunts her every night after dark This is stated many times to us the reader and Violet Please can I stay the night No it s dangerous yeah ok What in the Gremlins poorly disregarded instructions is this Like I know plot needs to move forward but come on there s gotta be another way instead of making smart people do stupid things Romance Gay and Lesbian Paranormal I was hooked immediately and struggled to put it down I absolutely loved this book It was just as good as Kiss of Seduction so if you loved that you ll definitely enjoy this one Rawnie has done an outstanding job of the plot the characters and covering some difficult topics This book certainly had me feeling allll the feelings I was so emotionally connected to Violet I just wanted to cry with her and scream for her But also Reyna what she had been through Ahhh I love it and love the characters But I must also mention the spice. A little silent about old retired detectives Violet Kane is perfect Under her mother s pressure to be perfect in everything she has a perfect career and life From what she had learned perfection will lead her to happiness But what she has is nicotine addiction long working hours and temptations to end it all Reyna has lost what she deemed precious and now a remnant of the past is trying to kill her Thankfully The Court of Chains have the option to protect her by putting her in isolation in a secluded cabin However her solitude is broken by Violet Kane who storms into her world Violet wants nothing than to turn herself off and let someone make the decisions for herself even once and Reyna a Pride fiend craves that power What was once a beneficial agreement turns into sparks But would the sparks last if Violet keeps hiding who she is And would they be truly safe from the fragments of Reyna s past Rawnie Sabor delves into the workings of BDSM delicately While many people still believe that this dynamic is mostly about sexual relationships A Little Sin also portrays the psychological side of consensual power dynamics while not missing the spice Reyna and Violet s arrangement first starts with small simple things that would help Violet relinquish control which she was not familiar with although she wished for it And it slowly escalates into a relationship when they are ready It was one of the most beautiful idealistic dynamic scenes I have ever seen And by it both slowly break out of the trauma that have been torturing them for a long time Violet is the kind of person we could see sometimes around us Pressured by people around them some people hide themselves away and build a fa ade that would satisfy the so called people And this in turn mostly destroys that person because they would be slowly killing themselves while the people who asked for such perfection would want Violet s slow character growth and the breaking out of her shell to stand her own ground never felt so satisfactory I m really waiting for this author s next sapphic Court of Chains series I received an ARC for an honest review Romance Gay and Lesbian Paranormal 4. Frank sinatra try little tenderness album 5 StarsA Little Sin is than just a dom sub relationship or the sex that goes with it If you consider the minutiae of the story it is so very intricately woven with psychology The push and pull between the trauma and the healing was so very carefully constructed by author I am in awe of how seamlessly they pulled it off On top of all that RS weaved in sexual exploration and freedom of the character Despite the heaviness of it all the whole thing did not feel offensive or feel like they ve gone over the top not one bit It s a friggin talent to be able to carry ALL that baggage and come out with a well written conscientious dom sub story Romance Gay and Lesbian Paranormal Another 5 Star Entry in the Court of Chains Series I received an ARC of A Little Sin provided by the author in exchange for an honest review I can t start this review without mentioning just how much I loved this book s predecessor Kiss of Seduction It had my favourite spice BDSM content of any book I have read Evie and Natalya s dynamic was I thought unbeatable Then I read A Little Sin. Book a little princess Violet and Reyna s relationship starts off as something practical for them both a hungry pride fiend who is satiated by submission and a high flying corporate ice queen who s specialty is barking orders But when the stress of life and impressing her impossible parents finally gets to her she accepts a deal to totally submit to Reyna for a few hours a week The kink in this book is absolutely phenomenal Violet and Reyna s relationship while plagued by stupid assumptions and miscommunications is so sweet and beautiful Normally miscommunication annoys me I cannot stand 3rd act break ups but the miscommunications fit well for their characters and for their relationship arc. Pretty little liars original sin book The way both characters find themselves and overcome their insecurities adds the deliciously sweet and heartwarming undercurrent that was also present in Kiss of Seduction The action in A Little Sin also thrills and provides momentum to the plot Most of Rawnie Sabor s Court of Chains series continues to be some of my favourite sapphic spice and romance out there and A Little Sin is no exception Romance Gay and Lesbian Paranormal Grab an entire box of tissues before you settle down with this one you re going to need them but in the absolute best way possible I feel like something deep inside of me that I didn t even realize needed to be healed was healed by reading this book It s very much a journey of self discovery and healing and as always Sabor handles these topics with so much care you can feel the love for these characters seeping off the pages. Book a little life As soon as we met Violet in Gifts of Gold I knew she needed to star in her own novel and her and Reyna s story did not disappoint At first you think that only Violet had healing and growth to do but it becomes evident that Reyna does too something that may not be the easiest for a Pride fiend but is necessary for her nonetheless. A little silent about old retired detectives Characterization character growth and storytelling are really where Sabor shines I was taken on an absolute wild ride with this one but everything gets addressed and comes full circle in the end always in the most satisfying way that leaves me wanting the next novel in the series immediately I sometimes have the fear when reading a series that the characters will start to blend together but each character and their journey in this series are unique and distinctive Their voices are all so different it s such a joy to read I also super enjoyed getting to see the cameos from some of the characters that we already know and love. Little sins mean a lot book This book has it all Protective love interest vibes gay girlies fiends wraiths Court politics toxic Mothers hurt comfort SPICE ON SPICE ON SPICE I truly could not recommend it enough especially if you love sapphic spicy urban fantasy. A little information is a dangerous thing I received an eARC from the author my first ARC ever and am super grateful I m utterly obsessed with this series and the characters and the writing I m lowkey already counting down the days until we get Sam and Drago s story Romance Gay and Lesbian Gay and Lesbian Paranormal This one is for my smut lovers Trust me You re going to want to read this one A Little Sin is an Adult Paranormal novel that is absolutely perfect This book is part of a series but can easily be read as a stand alone Violet is a badass A successful ambitious and icy career woman who is desperate for a moment of peace where she doesn t have to constantly think and make decisions Reyna is a lesser Pride fiend who is satiated off others submitting to her She s also stuck in isolation for her own safety because a hex set on ripping her apart When the two first meet there s immediate interest They agree to a practical arrangement where Violet surrenders control to Reyna in exchange for a chance to turn her brain off and relax Violet doesn t want anything sexual because she s straight but that doesn t last long Look the smut is just Kinky as hell A variety of toys and some public sex sprinkled on top If you re into steamy romances this one is for you The dom sub relationship was expertly written and the dirty talk was everything Just like in Kiss of Seduction I could talk about this sizzling romance all day But even than the hot ass chemistry is the beautiful depth to the characters as they grappled with their respective traumas and healing The main characters have so much strength but also their fair share of flaws and it was a treat to see the way their arcs developed And oh my god I adore Rawnie s writing style I become obsessed with her characters and am perfectly immersed into the book s world Simply put I loved everything about this story Violets sexual awakening The mommy issues The grappling with doubts and insecurities The submission The sweet tender moments Flea and Blake s cameo Everything Overall this story is beautiful and I seriously can t recommend it enough.
